It is a traditional, cozy and private granite cottage situated in a quiet river valley surrounded by woodland, birds and wildlife, with EXCLUSIVE use of our salt water pool. the house is good for couples, families (with kids) we do not charge more during holiday times, same great price all year, and pets (but please check first).

Pera da Serra in the village of Vale Pereira da Serra, at an altitude of 500 metres. It is a place of tranquillity and incredible landscapes. It's about 15 minutes from Lousã, where you can buy groceries. The property features 5 units of various types; the swimming pool (unheated) and the garden are shared among all guests. The only noises you'll hear will be those of nature and the animals that can usually be spotted on the path closest to the property.

Pets are very welcome, but please keep them on a lead to protect our resident cats and to ensure dogs don’t roam into other guest or private areas.
