Everything was perfect

A lovely quiet house in the countryside. It had the feel of a family home. Maria was very responsive and helpful.

Polliana and I were very grateful to Raul and Palmeira for their unparalleled hospitality - excellent, kind and welcoming. The house is the wonder of Montemor: it has everything that is authentic in a Portuguese house in the smallest details. Montemor-o Velho is a very quiet location. From its imposing castle, we see pleasant landscapes where absolute calm reigns. Every day the birds greet us as the bells ring. It is within driving distance from Coimbra, Figueira da Foz, Leiria and Aveiro, which are very interesting cities to visit. The kittens in the house are very cuddly, friendly and discreet. We want to come back in the spring or summer to enjoy another of this charming place!

We loved our stay at Casa do Mondego. Very spacious house, with excellent amenities and a breathtaking view! Everything is very clean! The house has a little corner for the children that is a spectacle. My boys loved it! I highlight the friendliness of D. Catarina, who was immediately available for whatever was needed!

Great place in a calm area. Perfect for going to the beach by car or chill in the garden. Accommodation has everything you need to spend calm days. Thank you also to Irina!

Piódão is a magical village. Our stay was very comfortable, there was everything we needed. Natasha is very attentive and quick to answer

We really enjoyed our stay at Carlos and Christina’s place, Carlos was there to show us in and Christina always responded to messages, even when the power tripped in the evening they responded quickly and we got the power back on. A shame our stay coincided with wet weather so we couldn’t explore the immediate area but we day tripped into Coimbra easily. Stunning house the kind of kitchen I would love to have at home.

Functional accommodation and located in a very quiet location. Two terraces available. Idalia is very kind and very generous.. We leave her with regret. Her advice is valuable and she doesn't hesitate to give her time. Always smiling.

The place was exactly what we were looking for, easy access, clean with what you need to have a comfortable stay. Swimming pool was lovely and glad we had air con! Also great to have a bakery opposite who serve lovely coffee, bread and cake.

The apartment is nicely located. Very close to the beach and with spectacular views of the lake. Barbara was very one-time. Below the apartment, there is also a bar where you can eat local fish for little money and very good attention. We were able to park directly at the door.

French: A big thank you to Sofia, it was great. A peaceful weekend of a few days by the sea. I highly recommend it. Portuguese: Um grande obrigado in Sofia, ótimo faith. Um fim de semana tranquilo de uns dias à beira-mar. Recomendo vivamente.

Great location to explore the beach and waterfront

Delves and Juliana were very welcoming and their room provided everything we needed and was very comfortable and private.

Perfect pitstop between bigger cities with a beautiful beach and great food and entertainment. We really enjoyed our stay!

She was very welcoming and specific in giving me the keys. A nice place, very spacious room and comfortable bed, overlooking a very important archaeological site. A quiet area but within walking distance of the center and several less touristic attractions.

Best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! Views and location were breathtaking. Eric’s Airbnb was extremely clean & had everything you could need. Eric was an amazing host who went above & beyond for us. Very proactive & helped out with any request we had, even when we needed to find a vet for my dog he was very responsive. The pool was incredible, hiking down to the lake & kayaking will be my favourite parts of our holiday. Already planned a trip for next year!!!

Perfect accommodation and the owners really involved in the process of making you feel comfortable at home, they were very good and pleasant from the beginning to the end, I would give them more stars but not possible, really describe what you are going to live and the house is wonderful!!!!

We had a fantastic stay! Anna and Gleb are super nice and accommodating, The place is incredibly spacious, spotlessly new, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and being just a few steps from the river made it even more special. A perfect spot for a peaceful and scenic getaway— highly recommended

Staying with Jorge was a very different experience. It's a historic place and in an amazing location. Both the building has its physical structure with these very unique characteristics linked to the history of Condexa and its lifestyle, as well as being in front of a historical area with more than 2,000 years made by the Romans lends a totally differentiated air for hosting. Not to mention that the location is perfect for those who will use it as a base to rotate the region of Coimbra, Coninbriga, Pombal and others in the surroundings. Countryside climate with easy access, excellent location and a good structure for a great stay , as well as easy and responsive communication with Jorge. Thanks for our hosting. ALOHA!

We stayed two nights in this true haven in the Secarias, in Arganil, and we have nothing but praise to give! The house is impeccable: modern, with careful decoration and everything new, which gives us comfort, calm and serenity. The highlight is undoubtedly the direct and private access to the Alva River. Having the river right there next to the house, with all the life it brings, is a unique and deeply relaxing experience. This place is ideal for those seeking peace, nature and a genuine contact with the surrounding environment. Luís is a great host. He was always very helpful and attentive to us. We will certainly want to come back! It's an experience to repeat!

Amazing location, we loved swimming in the river, kayaking and chilling in the hammocks. Gleb and Anna were really welcoming and helpful hosts. We'd love to visit again. Highly recommended

This beautiful gite was just what we were looking for. It is located in a quiet village surrounded by beautiful countryside and stunning views.Everything was provided and extra touches made it so homely .Our hosts were so attentive but never intrusive. They respected our privacy at all times but we knew that if any questions we had they were always available. The house was delightful and so well equipped. It was so homely too and pristine.The gardens were eavall lovelv and the use of a pool was an added bonus.The peace and tranquility and an escape from reality perfect.There are lovely walks around but bare in mind it's very steep in places.A car is essential and there are alot of beautiful areas to visit if you want to see rural Portugal away from the tourist spots.From start to finish Sylvie was the perfect host in all aspects.We arrived as strangers and left as friends.We will definitely be back
