Wonderful location and very warm hosts. Small but homely room close to food and shopping places. Ideal for a single / business travel with ease of access to both public and private transport.

Sashi and family are absolute people lovers. I felt so much at home and came back again to stay with them. As I am often work in Mumbai, I feel safe and at home at Sashi's place. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at home. It truly felt like being part of a family. What really stood out was the homely atmosphere of the place. The space was well-maintained, peaceful, and perfect for a longer stay. The food was absolutely amazing and every meal was delicious. The view of the sea and marine drive from the terrace is breathtaking. The location of the property allows one to experience the beauty of Marine Drive and explore South Mumbai. Karan has been a wonderful host and such a warm, kind human in general. It felt like staying at a good friend’s house. ☺️ The room was very small (as described), but I was only using it to sleep and store my suitcase, and mainly hung out in the cozy living room that has an amazing view 24/7 (I miss it already). I highly recommend having food and especially this cold chocolate drink prepared by Rohit - he is an amazing cook. The property is secure - there are several friendly guards, and has a rooftop to enjoy the views. It is in a safe neighborhood that has a nice Yoga place/cafe 2mins away and many more places walkable distance. I enjoyed this house a lot. Thank you Karan! ☺️

Arzan is a great host, Right from checkin until checkout, he made sure we are comfortable and being taken care of, Place is quite big with a beautiful terrace making it a gem!

Sushma was very responsive and the caretaker was also helpful and polite. We stayed here for two days and found the stay satisfactory. The place is located very close to Kokilaben hospital and it’s a good option in case you want to have quick connectivity to suburbs.

The location was awesome, and the hygiene at the place was excellent. Hosts were giving immediate response that was the best thing. Caretaker Mr Anand was also good. Over all we had a great time while staying at this place. I will recommend this place if someone wants to access Airport, Western line and Central line

Surely, the best bnb I have stayed at in Mumbai in my 50+ visits in the last two years. Classic Airbnb style home, with lots of love, care, good food, warm welcomes. Soraya's knowledge and taste of places in Bombay gave me so many memories in such a short period of time. Everything about this stay is homely and touching. And coupled with the view from the balcony, there is no other property that is beating this place! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I am coming back here again.
