Its thick brick walls and quiet and pretty disposition, defy its former role as a working yard where timber yachts were crafted and repaired, drawn up inside at high tide. very central location, self-contained flat within a large apartment in a converted school. one double bedroom, room for single guest on mezzanine above kitchen/diner, walk-in shower. mezzanines are accessed by steep unguarded stairs and therefore this flat is not suitable for young children. listed price is for two guests. if second (single) bed is needed there is an additional charge.
