Holiday rentals with beach access in Coldstream

We were looking for a nice place by the water and the Boathouse turned out to be the perfect spot.

Brent & Linda were phenomenal hosts!! We were a party of 4 (2 couples) arriving at different times from two different locations. We both had vehicles which I thought might’ve been an issue but to my surprise, Brent allowed one of us to use one of the garage stalls and the other park in front of that garage. Brent & Linda greeted our other party when they arrived and gave them access to the garage as well gave them a personal rundown of the suite and told them not to hesitate to reach out it we needed anything. Myself and my husband did not meet them until Sunday as we had a late arrival on Friday & spent Saturday at our friend’s wedding. They’re an amazing couple and truly welcoming. We all truly enjoyed staying in Brent & Linda’s beautiful Suite. Our favorite part was being able to sit outside on the private patio in the mornings with our coffees & tea and the evenings having a nice glass of wine or a nightcap and catching up with our friends.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay at Colleen’s. We felt right at home and the place had everything that we needed. We cooked most of our meals at the Airbnb with no issues. The deck was stunning and we made great use of it. We will be back!! Thanks Colleen for taking such great care of us.

Had a great stay at this air bnb, whole process was seamless, had full kitchen utensils/ pots and pan. A 5 minute walk to the beach. Super relaxing vibes would highly reccomend

We loved our stay. We were visiting the area for a celebration of life of my Uncle Wayne. He loved the cafe below so it was nice to be there with our whole family. The location was perfect. close to the lake and very easy with the cafe and grocery store below. The cookies when we arrived was a nice touch. The beds are extremely comfortable which is honestly the most important thing for our family to sleep well. And it was spotlessly clean. We'll be back for sure!

So well set up. Clean. Efficient Just a great place to stay. Almost used the pool. I checked and the water warm. I talked to a lady in the hall and said it wasn’t open. Not sure what that meant. Said there was a pool. No notice anywhere saying about not open!

Amazing location and absolutely beautiful unit! We had a comfortable stay and the hosts were friendly, responsive and welcoming. Great views, a very spotless and clean unit! Would recommend and we hope to stay again! What a gem!

Denise & Rob were fantastic hosts! They were there to greet us when we arrived and made us feel welcome and at home right from the get go! The suite was beautiful, clean and quiet! Exactly what we were looking for to have some rest and relaxation! View from the room was incredible as well!! We look forward to coming back!! Thank you again guys for a great stay!!☺️

Really cool space! Games for the kids, spacious and all the amenities one could need.

Victoria was very nice and welcoming throughout our stay. The place was in excellent condition and the surrounding area was beautiful. She was flexible on our check in and check out times and was always available throughout our stay if something was wrong or if we had any questions. We fully recommend this place to stay at if you’re in Lake Country!

Robert’s place was a great place for our group to stay while in Kelowna for my daughter’s dance competition. It was 5 minute drive to the venue. The house was spacious and tidy with a big kitchen that had everything we needed. Robert has a detached place in the back but we didn’t even know he was there. Wish we had more down time to enjoy the patio but would definitely stay here again if we come back.

Amazing place, would stay there again our next trip to the Okanogan

Denita was wonderful to communicate with. Very fast to respond. Check in was a breeze. Bedrooms and bathroom on upper level. Lower level consists of a generously supplied kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own food. Lots of hot water. Laundry facilities. Smart TV. Internet speed is 300+ mbps upload and download. Wood burning stove. Lots of windows in the one wall letting lots of natural sunlight. Patio with medium size bbq and partial covered area. The wood stove was a nice bonus, used a few day during our stay as it was -25C. Lots of deer. Located about 35 minutes from Polson Park in Vernon or 60 minutes from Kelowna airport. Exactly what we were looking for. Away from the busy cities. Walking trails and parks nearby. Lovely quiet cul de sac. Maybe bringing slipper’s for the lower level if temps are extremely cold during your stay. All in all this was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Denita and this property.

It was a bit of a getaway for my friend and I. We both brought our dogs and throughly enjoyed our stay. There is the sweetest dog living below and all 3 got along well, playing in the backyard together. The house was spotless, well stocked with all the things ! You couldn't ask for more really. Nicole gave us information on local hikes and communication was great. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is you own little piece of Lake Country while you are staying there. Thanks Nicole !

This was a spectacular location and perfect for a weekend away with 10 friends! Grounds were beautiful, many spaces to gather, and unbeatable lake view. We arrived after dark our first night and it was very hard to see the entrance as no lights were on. Once we managed to find the lights we were delighted with the space. Very comfortable beds, ample bedding, loads of towels. Shani immediately checked on our group to ensure we were settled then gave us space for the weekend! We had some mobility challenged folks in our group and if they were alone would have struggled to put garbage and recycling at the bottom of steep driveway. We also noticed a couple of the outdoor chairs and benches needed repairs. I am 100% confident if this was discussed with Shani at the time, accommodations would have been made without concern :) Would absolutely recommend. Will plan to return again in future! Do not hesitate to book!

The condo was very lovely! Location is great, everything is a walkable distance, indoor parkade is a great plus. Definitely looking forward to coming back in the future.

Great location in the downtown core! Within walking distance to the main streets and water of Kelowna. Host is very responsive and very friendly. Unit is filled with lots of tea, coffee, condiments, etc. that will make you feel right at home.

We felt right at home. Beds are comfy. Rooms are well ventilated. Views are fantastic. Bathrooms are well stocked, with really good hair dryers. Water front trails are right at the door. Within two min walk, we saw deers, ospreys, and lots of birds along the rotary marsh trail. Highly recommend!

Wendy’s spot was beautiful and the perfect location for our holiday! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked! Pool was amazing . Close walk to all the fun things including the beach! Highly recommend.

4 of us stayed for a girls weekend trip. James was alway quick to respond. Place was perfect and as described, location is great and walkable to so much. The patio with the view of the lake was the best 😊.
