The apartment is located within the Club Santiago area where you can enjoy the sea safely. The entrance to the beach is 1 block away and you can enjoy the landscape, food and various items for sale. "Playa La Boquita" is a 5-minute walk away with a very calm sea and restaurants. Food and miscellaneous items are sold. In Villas Menorca you really rest, a very well-kept place with 2 large pools, barbecue, terrace with tables and chairs, sun loungers and gardens.

We don't have private parking, but you can park right outside the property on the street or if you prefer, due to its proximity to the center, there are parking lots and pensions at good prices near the area.
