College Town Charm (CTC) is wonderful place to base your Fairbanks adventures out of. A place to relax, recharge, or even get some work done. CTC is in a great area close to the University. The Charm also has an HRV to provide continuous fresh filtered air.

Beautiful tiny home, built in January 2019 by talented local builder, many guests have fallen in love with this home. No running water, but the cabin is stocked with 5 gallon water bottles filled at Fox Springs. Full kitchen, comfy beds, super fast internet, television ready for streaming, books to curl up and read, close to shopping, restaurants , amenities of the city, while tucked into wooded private lot.
