With a surplus of windows, the breathtaking Alaskan tundra/mountains are highlighted. Inside this custom built cabin, there is a cozy living room and a fully functional kitchen/bathroom.

Our tiny home is elegant and simple, hand crafted for privacy with close to town comforts, yet off the beaten path. This cozy paradise is tucked away on a private drive boasting some of the best views of the Wasilla Range. The home is crafted to provide you with over 420 Sq Feet of carefully planned space offering a fully functional kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and a custom tiled shower. It is truly magical to soak outdoors under the night sky in the privacy of your own hot tub!

Lake front - 2 bedroom, 1 loft home with sauna

Located two miles from the town of Talkeetna on Christiansen Lake is a newly built two bedroom home with an additional bonus loft overlooking the water. Whether you are enjoying the Sauna, using the complimentary paddle boards and canoe or grilling out on the deck, you will find yourself relaxing and enjoying all the activities that the lake has to offer! This location is on the road system with room for RV's or trailers and alternatively accessible via float plane or ski plane.

The Bear Cub Cabin

Built by Alaskan gold miners in the early 1900’s, the Bear Cub Cabin was reconstructed in 2016. Nestled in the beautiful Chugach National Forest with towering Alaskan mountains right at your doorstep. The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.
