Etage (kein Personen-, nur Lastenaufzug) ruhig zum Hof hinaus und besitzt einen geräumigen Balkon. Das Zimmer ist für den Aufenthalt einer Person vorgesehen. Ich vermiete nur an Einzelpersonen.
