Loft holiday rentals in Colonia Nápoles

We loved our stay here! Beautiful loft space in the perfect location for CDMX - lots of great bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The place itself is a very cool space and gave us everything we needed. Jacobo was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book this again if we came back to the city.

Really cozy spot in the middle of the peaceful Juarez neighborhood. The open space layout is very modern whilst the Mexican decor and wooden furniture made this place warm and comfortable. Very easy to walk to Roma Norte and the shops and restaurants there

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Ximena’s place is beautifully designed and decorated and the floor plan is spacious. She left recommendations and thoughtful touches in the space as well. We found the street noise to be a lot, but was drowned out fairly well using the fan on while sleeping. During the day it did get warm inside without AC but between opening the doors in the evening and using the fan overnight we found it comfortable even on the hotter days. We felt safe having security in the lobby and the neighborhood was very walkable. The view is lovely and location was central for us to walk or uber around many places throughout the city. Would definitely stay again and Ximena is a friendly and helpful host from start to finish in your stay.

Maru was kind and very helpful. The place is wonderful as it’s private and a large courtyard buffers you from the street. Roy the dog was so sweet. We 😍 loved it!!! Would definitely stay there again.

Alex’s space was amazing! Had everything and anything we needed. Super kind and responsive to any questions we had that popped up. The check in was super easy and was greeted by Laura one of Alex’s helpers who gave us a tour and made sure we felt right at home during our stay. The location was AMAZING. Super cozy, private, and calm. The space was clean and spacious. I will say be ready to climb up a set of stairs everyday after being out and about lol but if you dont mind some stairs then you’ll be okay! I also would add the bathroom was a bit narrow so if you are on the thicker side be prepared to side step a bit. I also wish they had a full body mirror outside of the bathroom since it’s a bit narrow. Outside of my those minor suggestions the apartment is truly a gem and would stay again and again!!! :)

Guillermo was a great host, very communicative from the jump to make sure we were comfortable. When we needed some extra accommodation he went out of his way to make it work. The location was wonderful, just outside the main hustle and bustle with everything you could want a 5-10 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and the balcony was perfect for enjoying a coffee or pre-dinner drink. I would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone looking to stay in CDMX!

Exactly what I advertised, intimacy, tranquility and very easy communication with the city center. Totally recommendable.

I loved staying at Matilde's place so much I decided to come back and stay in another one of her units. The space has very good energy with a rainbow hammock that allows you to take in the sun from the balcony. There is traffic noise, but I personally like hearing "the sounds of the city" very much and it didn't bother me. The best part about the place is its proximity to the forest. I was able to get up and run every day in the park, which was incredible. There was a laundry machine in the apartment which was super helpful to me and I dried the clothes on the balcony. Had no issues with the wifi, bathroom, or anything else. I love the building, the staff working there, and the rooftop. Matilde always replies right away to messages, met me at the door when I arrived, and is a gem of a person. I feel really lucky I got to stay here, as it provided me with a lot of peace of mind and comfort being a new person to the city. I highly recommend this listing, worth every penny. Thank you!

I had a great 5 night stay in a spacious, clean, modern apartment in the heart of Condesa. Building was quiet and clean- getting in and out was simple. Very communicative host- highly recommend!

Juanjo was very responsive to my questions. He offered suggestions (we even used his brother as a tour guide…excellent tour) and the place was perfect.

Location, location, location best describes this place. First time in Mexico City and fell in love. Mauricio was great, anything we needed he would text or communicate over the phone. I even accidentally called him, and he called me right back. His place is very clean and inviting. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back!

Here are a few things we liked about this place that might set it apart from other air bnb’s you’re considering in CDMX: 1. Location - centralized for exploring the city. We mostly walked, but it was also super easy for uber to find. 2. Setup - great WiFi, perfectly-sized kitchen, the hottest shower I’ve ever had in Mexico City, filtered drinking water, we didn’t use the private patio much but it’s a great amenity 3. Host - Eduardo was QUICK to reply, easy check in/out, he gave us great local tips Some things to be aware of: 1. It’s 3 floors up, no elevator 2. There is a loud bar across the street 3. Key access only - no digital entry (for those of you who hate carrying keys around) This was a perfect place for us as a couple visiting as tourists. The apt. was comfortable, had everything we needed (& more), and is in a neighborhood we loved. On top of all that, Eduardo was a responsive, informative, and gracious host. We’d stay here again.

Awesome spot located right on Amsterdam in the heart of Condesa. This is my favorite location in CDMX I have stayed at because of how walkable and central it is to everything. Diana was also super helpful and responsive. She assisted in answering our questions about the apartment fast and when they were out of laundry detergent, she even got more delivered promptly. Amazing host! Thank you!

We enjoyed the stay at Christina’s place. Because of recent traffic and tourism in CDMX, the place was a 30-40 minute uber ride to Condesa/Roma Norte area. At night with no traffic it was about 19 which was more doable. We also were informed by someone that as tourists, not to go anywhere to the right of the building (if you are walking out and facing the street). We felt safe overall as we have traveled to Mexico City before. The space of the Airbnb itself was beautiful and refreshing. We also loved how the hosts checked in and were responsive.

The location of the accommodation is excellent, as it can be reached on foot from the subway station. It was clean and tidy. Gaby was always attentive and was very kind on all occasions. I would stay there again.

The space had everything you could need, a water purifier, a television, a hair dryer, kitchen utensils, etc. It was a wonderful space. I would definitely return.

The accommodation is comfortable, has good amenities and is spacious. The bathroom was very clean. The area is quiet. During the day, the room heats up a bit, it can get hot, but there is a fan that cools the room. I recommend the accommodation. The host is very kind.
