Great Place! If I could give 10☆'s, I certainly would! Very clean and tidy, had all the necessities and more! We followed several his great recommendations! Great Outdoors Restaurant was a favorite! They were also able to accommodated our team dinner. (30+) We had a variety of plates between us and everything was fantastic! We were in town for a softball tournament, Steven's place was conveniently located to all the ball parks, restaurants, etc Definitely recommend the Lemon Tree House and would stay again! Thank You for a great experience!

Close to Ichetucknee, Oleno and other springs.

We are repeat visitors. This property is private enough to enjoy your stay with family but also located close enough to Ichetucknee Springs State Park to enjoy all the park amenities. We were able to tube, kayak, paddleboard and swim all the way down to the property from the State Park. We saw all sorts of wildlife from otters to deer, bats at night, owls. The location has all the essentials, and the hosts are very receptive to any needs or questions. Highly recommend!

Another way of giving directions for finding the home for the first time: When you turn left as soon as you come through the gate, keep going on that road until you see a street sign that says Riverside Circle. Make a left and then it’s the first house on your right. I've stayed in a good number of Airbnb's & this one is the best one I've been to. The house is simply beautiful & the decorations are tasteful. The privacy is divine. The grounds large. Good outdoor chairs, including for a couple of kids. Shade on the dock in the afternoon. Lake can be a brown tea like color (from tannins) & murky. Stairs might make your calves scream. We lowered our bags down with a rope. Great to have outdoor sink on balcony. Great to have screened in eating spot. Beds & furniture better than average rental. Host is a super host for a reason.

This was our second stay ! We loved it so much the first time and had to come back for more. Our kids love the vibe of the house and the hosts are so so so accommodating and sweet. Thank you again for having us ! Until next year :)

Our time at this home was not long enough! We enjoyed numerous of springs nearby during the day and looked forward to coming back to the coziest home on the river. We really appreciated the rafts that were available to use! My favorite place was the screened in patio on the upper deck. My son (2) & I started our days and ended our days out there. A wonderful home with much to offer. We can’t wait to come back <3

We really enjoyed the stay here. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and have privacy. Absolutely loved the aesthetic of the house. My mom (who is very picky 😅) really loved staying here. She said she felt so much peace in the house. Loved that the hosts have Faith-based decor and Godly presence throughout the house. Really gives you a sense of peace and comfort. The reason for our trip was somewhat emotional. So, just having that faith filled reinforcement was nice when we would get back the house. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you all for your hospitality and understanding! 💚

Shannan is a great host . she was very attentive and friendly.. There was plenty of information and accurate descriptions on the place. the Ichetucknee springs, Ocala and silver springs are all easily accessible!

We felt at home this past weekend with the ease of check-in and all of the amenities needed in the house! We loved the board games & having a TV in the living room and bedroom was great :)

I shudder to leave such a positive review because I want to be able to come back and not have it booked out! We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed studio apartment in downtown Fort White. The attention to detail was evident from the moment we walked in, with special touches like coffee, teas, and popcorn provided. The welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the area and relaxing after a day of diving at the springs. The reasonable pricing was an added bonus. Colleen was very attentive and accommodating! Also very kind and considerate, especially being she has other demanding responsibilities! I got to meet her puppy Brutis and he is very well trained and she was so helpful at alternating potty breaks and letting my special needs dog plenty of outside time alone 🥰

Mickie's place was very clean and smelled great. His place was the cleanest Airbnb I have been to. There were extra towels for the bathroom, which was nice and towels in the kitchen. The kitchen had what we needed. The washing machine and dryer were clean. I would definitely stay there again.
