Loft holiday rentals in Madrid

Elegimos esta estancia por cercanía al estadio Metropolitano para un concierto. Cerca del aeropuerto y sin ninguna dificultad para llegar, además de llegada autónoma por código, por lo que no se necesitaban llaves físicas. Ángela contestó en todo momento cualquier duda. Punto a favor el aire acondicionado, por el calor extremo que hacía. Gracias por todo.

Amazing place to stay at, I would highly recommend booking this Airbnb! It is in the heart of Madrid and had great restaurants and stores within 15 minutes. I plan to stay here again in the near future as it was a great location. The hosts are incredible people!

The Appartment was really nice - the metro is a bit far away but all in all the connections where really nice. The only thing i didnt know is that there was a big construction site in front of the house - so the house wasnt really living up to the noise-free standard mentioned on the website. But all in all a great place to stay.

Ana is a very friendly host. We arrived Madrid at early morning so we asked for an early check-in. Ana was so kind, she waited for us at the apartment and it was 10:00am. The apartment is easy to find and locate just behind the market, many restaurants and bars surrounding. However, you couldn’t hear any noise at night except bird. We have a wonderful experience at Madrid. Thanks Ana.

Excelente espacio y excelentes host. El lugar es cómodo, limpio, amplio y perfecto para estadías largas o cortas. Está en el piso 0 y es perfecto porque traíamos 4 maletas muy pesadas. Tiene a una cuadra un supermercado. A dos cuadras tiene la estación de metro Palos de la frontera y mucho comercio (restaurantes) alrededor. Es silencioso en las noches e ideal si deseas estar cerca a la estación Atocha o porque El retiro. Mil gracias por hospedarme

Jose helped us with everything we needed, always with a smile. The place was exactly what we needed: Close to every place you'll want to visit, by walk. There are constructions around (suppose to end in a week or soo- but the windows are double glass so you can't hear anything. Overall- we LOVED our stay We felt right at home Definitely we'll come back

Excelente servicio, el lugar es muy céntrico pero no es bullicioso

David’s place was exactly what we needed. Close to the train station and to a couple food supermarkets. We used it as a travel jet lag recovery day and it was perfect for our family of 5. Thanks David!!

J’ai passé un très bon séjour grâce à Félix ! L’appartement est très propre et spacieux, il y a pleins de commerces à côté et on peut se rendre très facilement dans le centre de madrid (très bien desservie). Felix est toujours disponible et m’a conseillé de très bonnes adresses étant donné que c’était ma première fois à Madrid. Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir ici la prochaine fois :)

We had a great stay at Javier’s place. The washing machine was a big help for travellers like us. The grocery beside his place was a big plus.

El alojamiento está ubicado en un buen punto dentro de la ciudad de madrid, cercano a paradas de bus y al metro. Me sentí como en mi casa, esta limpio es cómodo y está muy bien amueblado. Lo volvería a elegir si vuelvo a madrid!

Fenomenal la atención de David y Gaby para todo. Atentos a cualquier ayuda que puedan proporcionar para una mejor estancia en Madrid. El loft tal cual está descrito en el anuncio además de muy buena comunicación en metro. Experiencia al completo de 10 gracias también a sus recomendaciones sobre Madrid y todo lo que proporciona David en el loft para estar cómodo. :)

Mariana's place was the most beautifully designed space I stayed în and I felt especially honored to be there as I am a fan of the Never too small channel. The place had everything you need and its position was the best, în the La Latina quartier, which is central enough (about 1km of The km 0), but feels like living among the locals. You also have shops nearby - Carrefour market 2 minutes away, 2 non-stop shops 4 minutes away and a bigger Dia supermarket 7 minutes away (also remmember that Madrid has good water and you can drink from the fountains în the city).Metro station is also near- 5 minutes away. And if you need to store your bags, there is a place on the same street with lockers. There is also El Rastro outdoor market that happens every Sunday, which is also on the street of the accomodation and I really recommend. Would come back if I had the chance.

Localização incrível, perfeita para explorar a cidade. Agus foi muito prestativo e gentil durante toda a estadia.

Easy access to public transportation. Fairly new building. Popular area. Grocery nearby. I got there late but Helena’s son met me. Very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Pasamos unos muy lindos días en el depto de Al. Llegamos en un vuelo desde Argentina muy temprano y se encargó de hacer la limpieza más temprano para entregarnos el departamento antes! Muchísimas gracias! Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y sin tener que preocupar ese de llevar nada (café leche jugo de naranja agua y hasta una botella de vino y frutos secos) Siempre muy atento a lo que necesitáramos Espero volver pronto y de verdad recomiendo este Airbnb!!!
