Todo genial! Pablo nos atendió muy bien! Fácil de llegar y fácil aparcamiento! El apartamento estaba impecable

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Nos ha encantado la casa y la verdad que si en las fotos llama la atención, cuando llegas es todavía mejor. Un 10 para la casa y para los propietarios, que resolvieron todos nuestras dudas y nos han ayudado a recuperar una maleta que nos dejamos.

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in the hills. The place was just as described, very modern, fabulous views, we spent many afternoons at the pool but we also walked up to the station and visited El Escorial and Avila. We had a couple of minor issues and Venessa couldn't have been more helpful. This is the ideal place for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Nacho is a great host and the property was ideal for our big group. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, well appointed apartment in great location of Madrid. Apartment was well-stocked with kitchen utensils to prepare meals if we chose, but also in walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants. Super quiet block. Access to parking garage was a bonus. Pilar was fantastic to deal with and very responsive to any communication. Would definitely recommend.

Casita perfecta para pasar unos días de tranquilidad, tiene todas las comodidades necesarias: piscina, césped, tranquilidad, buena temperatura... El baño perfecto y Ernesto fue muy amable con nosotras y nuestros perretes.

Hemos estado súper bien. Íbamos con un bebé y aunque no me expliqué bien con cómo íbamos a dormir, fueron muy amables y nos hicieron una cama extra. Estuvieron muy pendientes de todo, y fueron muy amables, sin duda el trato es fantástico. El sitio está genial, la terraza y la piscina son maravillosas. Volveríamos sin duda.

Alojamiento muy luminoso y cómodo. Ubicación tranquila y con parada del metro y supermercado cerca. Liuta muy amable y atenta con nosotros, repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Nuestra estancia fue estupenda. La casa está bien equipada. Destaco sobre todo las vistas y la tranquilidad que se respira. Dormí como hacía mucho tiempo que no hacía. La pena fue no poder utilizar las hamacas porque estaban lavándose. El contacto con Pablo fue perfecto y la entrada y salida muy fácil y sin contratiempos

We had a wonderful stay, everything was just perfect! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. We especially appreciated the pool, which was a lifesaver for cooling off during the hot days. The location was ideal, close to Manzanares el Real, which made exploring the area super convenient. Our host Susana was friendly, responsive, and made us feel completely welcome from start to finish. We’d happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful part of Spain. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We spent a lovely week at Lara's place, which is well located for visiting larger cities, such as Madrid and Segovia, as well as some interesting, attractive smaller towns. However, we thought Miraflores itself was very pleasant and the local area is beautiful to walk in and explore. We also spent a lot of time relaxing in the apartment, pool or well-shaded garden. Lara is an excellent communicator and extremely helpful, and we'd certainly recommend her place.

Precioso alojamiento, perfectamente equipado y con todo lo necesario, muy acojedor y limpio, la zona de barbacoa y piscina impresionantes. hemos disfrutado muchísimo y todo han sido facilidades. estamos encantados

Perfect location! Easily walkable to all the best spots in Madrid. The neighborhood has many restaurants and markets close by, yet the apartment itself is quiet. Just greeted us upon arrival and shared local recommendations. Very friendly and proactive in communication. Apartment is clean and comfortable, and can fit 2 people easily.

Estancia maravillosa, lugar con mucho encanto y la terraza una maravilla. Hacía mucho calor en Madrid pero hemos estado muy fresquitos. Sandra estuvo pendiente en todo momento Si vas con tu perrete, cerca tiene una zona verde increíble, que junto con la terraza con su césped disfrutará de mi lindo. Volveremos sin dudarlo. Perfect location, just minutes from MAD airport and in a charming neighborhood with a great plaza full of restaurants nearby. Communication was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, the AC worked great, and there’s a fantastic Neapolitan pizza spot close by (in case that’s your thing). Great host and great place. We had a short stay but hope to return again someday!

El piso está muy bonito exactamente como en las fotos, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos y fue buen detalle que nos dejaran algunas cosas básicas para preparar nuestro desayuno! Los alrededores en algunas partes no era muy lindo pero está muy bien comunicado en transporte! Muchas gracias por todo!

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

We would gladly stay here again. The apartment’s high ceilings give it a spacious feel. The lighting isn’t perfect, but it’s more than adequate. Although it's located at a busy intersection near the Atocha train station, you'd never know it—it's remarkably quiet at night. It's also an easy walk to both the Prado and Retiro Park. The kitchen has a full oven—something many Airbnbs lack, often offering only a microwave combo. It also has a separate washer and dryer, not a combo unit, which we appreciated. The host was incredibly helpful—he once used the apartment as an art studio and was always available with great advice on trains, restaurants, and more. If you’re looking for a place that’s a bit off the main tourist path but still within walking distance of the Prado and Retiro, with easy access to public transportation, this is a great choice.

Pasamos unos muy lindos días en el depto de Al. Llegamos en un vuelo desde Argentina muy temprano y se encargó de hacer la limpieza más temprano para entregarnos el departamento antes! Muchísimas gracias! Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y sin tener que preocupar ese de llevar nada (café leche jugo de naranja agua y hasta una botella de vino y frutos secos) Siempre muy atento a lo que necesitáramos Espero volver pronto y de verdad recomiendo este Airbnb!!!

El apartamento está ubicado en una zona excelente. Es un barrio bien comunicado, con fácil acceso al transporte público, tiendas y restaurantes. Además, es una zona segura y tranquila para descansar después de un día de caminar y visitar el centro. El apartamento es acogedor y bien distribuido. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, con mobiliario funcional y una decoración agradable. Si viajas solo/a o en pareja, el espacio es más que suficiente. Si es para más personas, depende de la distribución, pero en general es cómodo. La limpieza del apartamento es correcta. Desde el momento de la llegada, se nota que se mantiene bien cuidado, con sábanas y toallas limpias, cocina ordenada y baño en perfecto estado. Las atenciones de Susana son excelentes e intenta ayudarte en lo que puedas necesitar como información, etc. Otro detalle muy especial fue el disponer de una tarjeta de metro para poder moverse por la ciudad mientras dura la estancia.
