I really enjoyed staying at Penny’s place. It was exactly as described. We found it private and peaceful. It was also located in a great spot with access to all the things we wanted to do - beach, hikes, and food! We didn’t get to use the sauna but the hot tub was amazing. The outdoor shower was also a great touch! Penny is also very responsive!

A beautiful place with gorgeous views. The hot tub is amazing and very relaxing to look out over the ocean. In a quiet, private setting but still walkable to restaurants and cafes. Comfortable bed. Great shower and bath. Would definitely recommend :-)

We were visiting Vancouver Island in 2002 and came back for our family reunion this year. The house and its stunning view and interior was the perfect place to celebrate this special family time. Whenever we needed help (only once) we immediately got response and help, thank you for that!

Really nice area, my wife and I used it as a honeymoon spot. Even with other houses fairly close around, it still feels like you quite alone! The place is clearly designed to be a couples getaway spot, with the two shower heads, two person soaker tub and so on. There are some pretty decent restaurants about a 15 minute dive too. Bree was on top of things too, sent a message less than an hour after we arrived welcoming us and letting us know if we needed anything to message her. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay!

We only had a short stay but the space had everything we needed. Tracy was super responsive. The House was quiet and easy to get in.

Always a great stay here. A beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with a nice grassy lawn for my dog. Gale was so friendly and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Was lovely to have coffee and eggs and cream and croissants for breakfast. Just outside of town so was peaceful and quiet but an easy drive in.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your cozy oceanfront paradise!!! We felt right at home and felt honoured to be able to spend time in what is obviously such a cherished family cabin. The location is absolutely incredible and we really appreciate how well stocked the whole cabin is with games, kitchen items, etc. We especially loved the sunroom and our kids loved cuddling up and reading books on the couch in there. The cabin was a great place to get away for a little peace and quiet. Quadra island is a very beautiful place to visit. Jerry's place allowed us to really enjoy the island with a nice central place to bike around from. We will for sure look to stay here again in future visits.

We had a lovely stay at Julie and Ians place. Waking up to the alpacas in front of our patio was so delightful and our son loved visiting the chickens, horses and playing with Isla, the dog. We left the French doors open when we were home and enjoyed playing on the grassy patch in front of our patio. Coombs market is just a couple minutes drive away and the kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals. It is such a peaceful spot surrounded by nature to enjoy breakfast and dinner. We stayed at Arrowvale campground in the air bnb for our friends wedding. Second time staying there and everything was great again. Beautiful spot right by the river and conveniently located the same place as the wedding 10 outta 10. We were able to check in early and everything was clean. Great hosts. Thanks

Thanks for having us! What a beautiful, serene environment, the dome is truly magical. Roisin is a wonderful host - kind, responsive, and helpful with many recommendations for the local area. The sauna was a welcome bonus, and we enjoyed our time greatly. One tip for future guests - don’t think it snows that much in Lund, but if so, suggest to bring an AWD or 4x4; local country roads can get a little a hairy. Thank you again Roisin!

We couldn’t recommend Romina’s place enough. Perfect location for a relaxing getaway in the beautiful Cortes Island. We felt right at home and the place was very spacious, comfortable and filled with thoughtful details. Everything was truly spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the garden stunning. The space and the setting was perfect for travelling with our dogs. Romina was a fantastic host: very responsive, friendly and flexible. Will definitely stay again!!

Our party included 4 adults and two children. We stayed in the house for four nights. This is something which we do every summer, staying in different houses near Rathtrevor Provincial Park. We were happy with our rental this year (2024). We liked the fact that this complex includes a swimming pool. We also spent a lot of time at the beach. (We used the beach folding chairs which are available in the unit.) We also walked in the adjacent Rathtrevor Provincial Park. We also drove to some stores in town. The kitchen is well equipped. We used the BBQ for three of the dinners. It was useful that one of the bedrooms includes a desk. Sandy communicated with us (via the AirBnB app) several times. We had a great vacation. I should also mention that after we checked out we discovered that my granddaughter left a certain item behind. Sandy assured me that it will be mailed to us. Thank you!

Nicole's place is amazing, great communication and everything is as she described. she was super helpful with anything we needed! The yard is quiet and private. there is a shared pool and hot tub not to mention mini golf was so much fun. I will definitely be staying again if given the chance.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Starfish Cottage. The house itself was so clean and inviting, as soon as we entered we felt comfortable and at home. The location is great, we took full advantage of the swimming pool and mini golf. We went to the Black Goose Inn (charming English-like pub) twice while we were there as it was just down the road. Super easy drive into Parksville which had everything we could possibly need. My daughter had her 4th birthday here, and really enjoyed herself. We all talked about how much we want to come back again, and we certainly intend to!

This was a fabulous rental, it was perfect in every way. Every step of this booking was just a great experience, the host was so friendly and fun to chat with and thought of everything a traveller might need. All of the instructions were clear and well thought out, everything was as expected if not better, the place was spotlessly clean and everything was provided for. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, I hope we will get a chance to enjoy your hospitality again, it made for such an enjoyable trip! Thank you so much!

Donald was a very good host to work with. We were happy with the condo, it was spacious and had what we needed to enjoy a great time. So nice to have the pack and play for our baby. The upper and lower floors were so nice to give privacy when traveling with multi family. The grounds were beautiful and the heated pool and hot tub were really nice. A short walk to access Rathtrevor Beach, which is awesome We would book again next time we come!

We had a great stay! Grandkids swam in the pool most every evening, and it was great to have the beach so close! Accommodations were very clean, comfortable beds, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils needed for preparing meals and grilling. The grands loved discovering the box of toys too!

The perfect place to stay for our visit to Parksville. Our host was super communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!
