The studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all your needs, bathroom, queen bed and a sofa bed where easily sleep 2 adults and 2 kids. This is a beautiful beach/pool front property. As you enter the unit, there is a half bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room, living room, and a balcony The second level has the master bedroom with a bathroom and a view to the pool and the beach. A second bedroom located opposite to the master with a full bathroom as well. There is a third level with a futton where additional guests could stay if needed as well as access to 2 outdoor balconies with spectacular view to the beach and pool.

The Rodriguez House

The house is located in a very quiet place in a rural area which is , 15 minutes from Palmas del Mar, 10 minutes from the highway and 15 minutes from the Cocal Beach. The house has an overlooking view of the beautiful Yabucoa Valley and close to places of interest such as the nature reserve Punta Mare in Yabucoa and Humacao Nature Reserve among others.
