Mari was extremely attentive and assisted us whenever necessary. Elisa, the housekeeper, also always proved extremely available and helped us with everything necessary. It would be for sure to indict the house to other people!

Our stay was great. We like the place very much, very cozy and full of peace, the neighbors are great too, always at the disposal.

The house is wonderful! Each space made with great affection by the owners! The yard is big and well cared for. The living area between the kitchen and the barbecue is the best part! Review, BBQ and a great shower! It had everything that was needed, we will certainly return!

Very nice house, large and well-equipped kitchen, very fast and stable wifi (remote work worked very well), great outdoor area, ventilated, with barbecue! All very clean and well-maintained. Exactly what we were looking for New Year's Eve, to get away from the crowded places. A beach just for us, very beautiful, you just have to take your tent and food, because it's really deserted. The river is also beautiful and there is a bar structure with a nice moqueca and great service at Zeca's bar! The shower in one of the bathrooms was burned out and they promptly resolved the issue. Only thing you can improve is that the house is big, but it only has 2 beds and the extra mattresses that are very soft, not very comfortable. But it's not a complaint, it's just an investment for the future. Hehe everything was perfect perfect. Thank you so much for all your attention and affection!

I would like to thank the host Janaína for the space provided, the reception was wonderful, the space is stunning. On the other hand, what was missing was air-conditioning and a washing machine. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Our six-day stay at Jessica's Kitinet was wonderful. The place was impeccable, clean, quiet, independent. Very close to general commerce. Good location for walks as it is located near the beach. The place is ideal for a couple. Upon our return to Conceição da Barra, we will give preference to Jéssica's location.

We stayed for 1 day and had a good experience. The place is simple, but it met what we were looking for. It was clean, organized, and communication with the host was smooth. Ideal for those looking for something basic, functional and cost-effective. I recommend it!

Comfortable and cozy place, Quiet and safe neighborhood

The host Leila, a lovely person, always willing to answer my questions and always in touch. The co-host Solange welcomed us very well, helped with market, restaurant and places to visit, always willing to answer any questions too, and also a lovely person, good conversation etc... We loved our stay at Leila/ Solange's AP. I recommend it

We spent three great days in Ana Luiza's apartment. The location is perfect and the balcony very nice. We were positively surprised, as the refrigerator and air conditioner were exchanged for new models, different from those in the listing photos. Shower with hot water and comfortable and firm bed, just the way we like it. Ana Luiza was also very nice and shared some really nice directions. P.S.: the wi-fi of the house was on, but it didn't work. the 4g of vivo worked perfectly everywhere in the village, so it wasn't a problem.

An excellent apartment with sea view ( 2 blocks), not needing to drive to bars and a restaurant because it is very close to everything. Very cozy the accommodation and the view.
