We have a spacious house with two en-suites, a huge balcony with hammocks, a gourmet area, a home office space and a sensational dance floor to liven up the starry nights. Our orchard with several species of exotic fruits is available for guests to consume. We are in the direction of Lapinha da Serra, 20 km from Serra do Cipó.

Casa Alecrim

The Casa da Paty, on the shores of the lake, about 1800m from the village of Lapinha, comfortably and privately accommodates 4 people in a suite and a bedroom and two bathrooms. In the big room we have two sofas where two more people can sleep. From it there is a beautiful view composed of the lake that is at the gate of the property of 5.500m2 and the magnificent steep relief of the famous Serra do Cipó in Minas Gerais. Kayaks included in the rental price are at guests' disposal.

They are equipped with a kitchen and its utensils, a bathroom, bedroom with double bed. *** WE DON 'T SERVE ANY MEALS*** *** THE AMOUNT IS CHARGED PER COUPLE*** ATTENTION!!! 1- The daily rate is charged PER COUPLE and not per accommodation. 2- We have 1 chalet that sleeps up to 4 people.
