House holiday rentals in Concepción

The house is amazing. The pool, hot tub and all the amenities are great. If you rent a boat or jet skis you have dock access which is really convenient. I definitely recommend hiring the hosts chef, the price was extremely fair and she made us feel like royalty and the food was amazing. Thank you!

We thought everything was great, the little things that we didn't like the host solved them immediately, a very accommodating place. I would recommend it 😊

The place is amazing, the landscape is wonderful and the house is spectacular. The beds are a little hard but I have no words to describe the place... a WONDER. Betty and Helena, who welcomed us, were very kind. In the rooms, the perfume they put was very nice but a little intense, it's just a detail... Definitely 100% recommended.

Excellent service and an amazing view of the Guatape stone dam, highly recommended for large groups.

We love to the finca!! I would absolutely stay here again in the future. Jaime the host was great and very responsive. We loved the decor and attention to detail, from the pickleball courts, to the temperature controlled pool, to the lights at night. Every corner of the house had a beautiful seating area.

A place very close to nature, a lot of light and spacious. It has all the comforts that are required, the Internet is very good.

The spectacular apartment, as seen in the photos, was an incredible experience with the panoramic view, communication with Sara was excellent and very fast, I recommend it 100% to enjoy with family and as a couple The only thing is that the arrival to the condominium is uncovered and sloping, but it is not a problem to climb in any vehicle The spectacular jacuzzi plan to enjoy it made a unique experience

Great nature experience in San Rafael!! The house is beautiful, the garden superb. Be prepared to take an adventurous tuktuk ride (we were 4 people with luggage in one tuktuk)! The tuktuk driver was always quick to arrive and very friendly and helpful. The house is close to the river and you can hike to a waterfall. We would have loved to stay longer. Thanks!

We stayed at this finca with our family the week leading up to our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. The property is even more beautiful than the photos, with lush greenery and a stunning garden that made every moment feel peaceful and special. The hosts, especially Monica, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—they helped us hire staff for a brunch we hosted, and shared fantastic local recommendations for everything from grocery stores to takeout. The house can be a bit tricky to find at first, but once you arrive, it’s more than worth it. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Book with confidence—you won’t be disappointed!

A very cozy place with very nice areas and you feel peace, ideal for being with family and friends

The stay was excellent. The house is just as it appears in the photos: a very nice and well remodeled traditional house, with all the spaces very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was quick and clear from the start, which facilitated the whole process. Definitely a place to stay again when I visit Concepción again.

This is a pretty nice place. It does NOT have hot water. Not even slightly warm water. Don't plan on using that big bathtub that you see unless you want a cold plunge (without the sauna). The lack of hot water matches the amenities at the bottom of the list if you look down far enough. I guess I just assumed with that many showers and a huge tub that there would be hot water. Also, the beds are very hard. Don't plan on sleeping on your side. The owner was very nice and had quick communication. Overall, it is pretty nice. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Pretty nice view. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb if you don't mind cold showers and if you prefer firm mattresses. We ended up renting a different Airbnb halfway through.

Excellent Espacio , very nice for a quiet weekend, very fixative. Things to improve the location to get to the site as there was not good communication since we entered through a site with the road very run down; we realized that if we had entered elsewhere it would have been better since the street was in better condition. Mrs. Flor and Esneyder's house is a beautiful home, with a great design and very appropriate to share with the family, very comfortable, clean and spacious. It is very well equipped, both in the bedrooms, such as the bathrooms, the kitchen and the living room. The place is beautiful, quiet and very quiet, appropriate for both rest and work. It has a spectacular view of the canyon of the river Concepción and the sunrises are spectacular, even though we were in a rainy period. The house is in a very good location. The Jacuzzi is spacious, with a spectacular view. Communication with hosts was always great, he took care of the requirements quickly and with a kind attitude. I recommend it and I won't hesitate to return.
