A beautiful cabin, in a peaceful surrounding. Facilities were great, please was very clean. Great instructions and local recommendations from host. Very pet friendly. Worth every penny. We would highly recommend this cabin for a peaceful, restful break.

Erg mooi gerestaureerd huisje op een prachtige plek bij Benbulben Mountain. Genoten van alle vogelgeluiden in de tuin. Alles wat je nodig hebt is in het huisje. Dorp Grange op fietsafstand voor boodschappen en het 'jampot café' (aanrader voor de lekkerste apple crumble en carrot cake).

We stayed at Frank's beautiful tiny house for two nights and had a great time. Frank provided more than we would have asked for! :) The house is super cozy and has a lot of sweet details!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming cottage. The location is absolutely perfect—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful countryside. It was the ideal spot to relax and unwind, with nature right at our doorstep. The cottage itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a real home away from home. Our host Mairead was fantastic— She made sure we had everything we needed and had the turf fire lit on our arrival. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty and tranquility of Donegal!

Lucy is the best host I’ve met since I Started with Airbnb in 2013. She offered so much of her valuable local expertise, her home and her baked goods! She met us at the gate upon arrival and was always available to us. I love her farmhouse home: Rustic, smart, green, clean and filled with so many homey touches and cozy accountrements. The gardens and hot houses are bursting with life and some delicious fruits and veggies are available off the bush. A one of kind gem if you like nature and rustic living. Airbnb should feature this home as a prime example of the best types of experiences available on their platform.

Justin and Veronica’s place was absolutely perfect for our trip to Spiddal. The roundhouse was a joy to stay in—cozy and warm thanks to the bio burner, with beautiful views of the garden, trees, and birds. The main bed was very comfortable, and even the pull-out beds were great! Everything we needed was provided, and we knew that if anything had come up, our lovely hosts would’ve been happy to help. The float tank and sauna were the cherry on top—so relaxing—and Veronica was very accommodating with timing. Justin and Veronica were respectful of our privacy, which made the space feel peaceful and homely, yet they were always helpful when needed. I really enjoyed chatting with them—such kind, welcoming people. The area is full of beautiful walks, beaches, and all the amenities you might need. The roundhouse is just a short stroll from the village. A perfect base for exploring—we’d gladly return and highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay. Amy was a wonderful and generous host, and we loved the cabin with the beautiful view and Amy's alpacas and sheep in front of it. There was also the unexpected gift of seeing deer in the wild beyond the cabin. Siting on the decking in the comfortable rocking chairs was a treat. Also saw a wide variety of birds at the bird feeder.

After a week and a half of traveling through busier parts of Ireland, we were so happy to land at the boathouse! It's peaceful, quiet, and private, a lovely getaway for a couple. We enjoyed using the hot tub, walking to the beach, and just the overall calmness and views of the area. Jacqui and Stephen were very responsive hosts and on call if needed to assist. The place has a stocked kitchen for cooking, a small french press, streaming services on the TV, and a woodstove; it's very comfortable and cozy. The bed is up the spiral staircase case in the loft, which we found fun but if you're over 6' tall or an older person (65+)/have mobility issues it may be tricky to navigate, just a heads up.

Beautiful location, so peaceful and private. Pod was very clean, comfortable and homely. Anthony was a fantastic host and ever so helpful! Will definitely be back and I highly recommend to all.

Had the privilege to stay in the Burren chalet for 2 nights. Frank welcomed me and showed me around in a very straightforward and clear way. The chalet has everything one might need, even a wash machine for those who need one! The chalet was spotless, just perfect, and decorated with lovely colourful paintings. The surroundings are of the same caliber, with the magical Burren karst only a few steps away, literally at your door step! You can wander and loose yourself in the peaceful hills and, if in season, meander through the unique flora of the Burren. Frank’s house and garden are beautiful and Dante the dog and Beatrice the cat very friendly. All in all, a great find which I will not hesitate to go back to.

The tiny home was amazing, it was well stocked with everyday amenities and a few treats, it was very homely and private and was only a short walk into town. Nicola is a lovely host who is very responsive to messages, greeted us on arrival, and provided a little tour of the place. This was a very nice personal touch. I would highly recommend this place.

Staying at the Heron's Hideaway was definitely one of the highlights of our stay in Ireland. Mary & Eamonn were the consummate hosts. A very clean and private cabin with birdsong, beautiful views, and a spot to take a dip nearby. Perfect for those seeking a quiet place for relaxation, meditation, and refreshment. Easy access to pubs and music in Westport and the start of the trail up to Croagh Patrick. Highly recommended!

A charming and private cottage that feels remote yet only a few kilometers from town. The road is a bit rough but fine going slow and it is a beautiful drive.

We hebben genoten van de rust en natuur in het huisje in Westport. Irma was enorm vriendelijk en gaf ons fijne tips voor wandelingen. Ook smaakte het brood en eieren erg goed. Heel erg bedankt voor de gastvrijheid!

A magical few days in this wonderful little home in Donegal, you could sit looking at the view all day 🍀 we had a great time exploring the beaches & mountains nearby as well!

We booked this place with the children in mind, hoping to give them an unforgettable experience and we got so much more than we imagined. Dermot was a phenomenal host. He greeted us with a smile and gave us exceptional recommendations of things to see in Sligo. Our time glamping was cozy, heartwarming and we shared lots of laughs. We were surrounded by breathtaking views and the company of the wonderful farm animals. Thank you Dermot for making our time in Sligo a memorable one!
