wonderful stay, very clean and comfortable place with so much character and charm! really added to my time in buenos aires⭐️ would love to come again!

The one who gave me the key, I am undecised for not having communicated with him, I pass my number so that they can contact comming and he always saying that he did not respond, when it was not like that. The place is very nice, quiet area. Everything is very clean. It's a little hot but it has air, very good. At the end of the one that gave me the key, I arrive at the agreed time, so I can come back. He made me stay in the apartment while I watched it double the frame by square and so both the sheets above and the ones below and also covers them pillows. (Very rare, I wanted to go) and the lady with whom the wine came to see. the towels if they were crushed and I wonder about a gray spot and I stay like I don't know what that is ma'am. Finally the place is very cute, the attention is rare.

We just wrapped up our 1 week trip to Buenos Aires and stayed at Martin and Maria’s Airbnb. We arrived earlier than expected and they had no issues with us checking in a couple of hours early which was amazing! Maria let us into the apartment and walked us through the amenities including the free laundry and sauna on the top floor. The place was absolutely beautiful and clean. The private balcony was perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks! We were very excited to come back to a wonderful home after a long day of walking in BA. The Airbnb is close to a lot of restaurants and central to the activities that we had planned such as the Botanical Garden and Jardin de Japones. There are many parks close by that my 2 yr old son took advantage of. There is a supermarket a couple minutes walk away. Overall we thought this stay was a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone!

The apartment is perfect... I stayed several times for work trips and it has everything for the stay... especially the proximity to the subway and everything within walking distance

The apartment is far superior to what you see in the photos, it is fully equipped, clean and very nice. The bed and sofa are very comfortable. We went in winter and both the room and the dining room had air conditioning with heating, which made the stay much better. The balcony is beautiful for hanging out or having a glass of wine at night and relaxing, they also have board games in the apartment. The location is unbeatable, 15 minutes walk from Puerto Madero, the obelisk and La Boca, 3 blocks from the subway. San Telmo is beautiful, there is a lot to do and many restaurants, so you can move around at night with peace of mind. Gonzalo was an excellent host, always attentive. We even had an early morning flight, which we had concerns about check-out, and everything was resolved so that we could leave when we had to. Not only is it a place I recommend you go, but it is undoubtedly a place I would return to again.

Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!

The truth is that we spent some beautiful days, I went with my son, my niece and my mom. The kids are happy with the cats, which are super affectionate!! Patricio is always attentive and willing to answer any questions. The apartment has everything, so we were able to be super relaxed, plus you have businesses on the block (supermarket, butcher shop, pharmacy)

Great place for those who go in group. It comfortably accommodates about 12 people. The house has a yard with a barbecue that is charming and very useful for rainy days and lunch with the gang. It has three bathrooms with hot water (one in a suite) and working perfectly. There is a supermarket almost on the corner. In the end, the house was a comfort for everyone. I would definitely come back if I needed a big place to stay. I loved it!

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

This place was great. If you haven't stayed in a PH in Buenos Aires before, they are amazing! Each one is unique and offers a different vibe. This place has a beautiful courtyard on the ground floor with tropical plants. The first-floor bedroom feels magical with the large glass windows and plants. Pro and con to the first floor is if it rains... On one hand, the feeling of lying in bed while rain falls outside in the courtyard is euphoric. But on the other hand, it's a bit of a pain to get upstairs to the main level without getting wet. I think it was worth the tradeoff. The second floor is the main level with a great open floorplan living space. Kitchen has all the things you need, minus disposables, like paper towels/napkins. The third floor is the rooftop. You have to experience it to understand it... Now, this is an older place with quirks & things that could use minor improvements, but nothing crazy. 1 downside - mosquitoes, but the host brought us sprays that got rid of them.

An excellent place with the amenities indicated, easy to access, close to several places, I had a great time without any major setbacks. I'm sure I could take it again when I get back.

Very good experience, the truth is that Jorge and Betty have been very attentive in everything, they explained and advised us according to what we asked them, the place is ideal since it is in an area where there is everything, the truth is that if we have the possibility of returning I do not doubt that I would stay again in the same place

In my case, I dealt with Angel, he was super kind and attentive, I had a question and he came by the accommodation immediately. I'll be back for sure, it's nice to find hosts like him, everything was excellent!

Excellent unit in a beautiful part of the northern suburb. Plenty to do! Loved the area and the place itself. Clean, new and fully equipped. Host was extremely accommodating and gracious. Would definitely recommend !!

This is a classic San Telmo apartment with high ceilings, concrete floors and unique window detailing. It was very hot in Buenos Aires during my six week stay but the apartment remained relatively cool and comfortable. Most important, its very quiet. Aside from the occasional barking dog, its one of quietest apartments I have stayed in many months. And for that, I give it a big thumbs up.
