Mrs. Simone was very helpful and cordial from the moment the reservation was made, making herself available to answer any questions, we arrived late in Contagem and the check-in was very flexible, the place is very cozy and extremely organized and clean, Mrs. Simone lives in the same lot which facilitates any communication, the street is very noisy because it is a main avenue, but this did not bother me at all, the stay met my expectations.

Excellent stay, I will stay whenever I am in Minas. Spacious apartment, with individual kitchen and bathroom, excellent location 5 minutes from the Botanical Garden and 10 minutes from Pampulha. Iramar was extremely helpful and polite, we had great communication and check-in was extremely simple. We loved it!

Quiet stay, from the day before all the necessary information was sent by the host Daniela. All messages sent during the stay were answered quickly. Check in and flexible checkout. The entrance was already open when we arrived. Excellent location, very close to Shopping Contagem! The app is exactly like the photos in the ad, it was clean and organized. Clean bedding and towels, extremely comfortable beds. Kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils. Easy and close garage, grocery store in the apartment tower. The street is busy and the room faces the avenue where many cars pass, but it did not bother us. Overall, only compliments. We served very well! We'll definitely stay there again if necessary.
