Very spacious and generous house in a very quiet location, exactly what we were looking for. The house is very rural but surprisingly central to many castles and attractions in the area, easy to reach by car. In this respect, it is ideal for us. Communication with Jocelyn via Airbnb was always good, fast and helpful, unfortunately we do not speak French and Jocelyn does not speak English, so direct contact was only possible to a limited extent. The kitchen is fully equipped, we found everything we needed.

very pleasant stay, tastefully decorated house, functional, quiet, peaceful and with great comfort. A very, very large and wooded garden where naps under the weeping willow make us dream and decompress. The grocery store, the bakery, the butcher shop are within walking distance and the icing on the cake is a small restaurant where you eat very well and cheaply. Beauval Zoo and castles easy to access. A big thank you for the little touches, whether it's the treats or the basic necessities. very nice stay. We had a lovely stay at Frédéric's. The space was spacious and very clean. The beds had been prepared in advance. Check in time was flexible. Frédéric was also accommodating and communicative. We recommend their place.

Quiet location with a very nice private courtyard to park the car in particular. The city center is close and within walking distance. The added bonus: baby amenities.

The host was super responsive and welcomed us at a very convenient time. The accommodation included a shaded sitting out area (sun optional) which was great in the 30C plus temperatures. A short and pleasant walk to the compact centre of Blois. We had everything we needed for our stay. Recommended!

Thank you to Julien for this quality and very well located accommodation: close to the city center of Blois (25 min walk) but quiet and very well located to visit the many castles of the Loire. It was cool, which was very appreciable in the evening after days of sightseeing in the heat! The hammock in the bedroom is a little extra to relax with a good book. Finally, Julien is very considerate and responsive so we highly recommend 👍

Philippe responded quickly to my questions before we arrived, gave clear instructions and his place was easy to find. The private parking and laundry facilities were much appreciated and the garden setting was lovely. He and his wife were usually around to make sure everything was working for us and he made a reservation for us at a recommended local restaurant, which was a great experience. It was very hot while we were there for the walk into town across the bridge, but there is a local bus, with the stop right near the apartment. We stayed for a week and found Amboise to be a good base for visiting this part of the Loire Valley. We would certainly recommend Philippe's place and would stay there again ourselves if we were ever back in the area.

You can't find a better service that perfectly matches the description on the site. The humility of our hosts in relation to their "novitiate" in AirB&B and their desire to receive any criticism or proposal for improvement are very commendable. But as it is specified in many opinions published before mine, Jean-Noël and Cathy are already at the top. Also, any improvements will be minor details compared to the general situation. Thanks again to them for the pleasant stay we had at their place.
