Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Copacabana Beach

A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

Our experience at Sam Río’s art deco mansion was wonderful. Everything was great from check-in, cleanliness, communication, outstanding location, and even some playboy posters make for an authentic rio feel inside of the beautiful art deco mansion. The balcony has breath taking views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a group of 8 guys, who all had plenty of room for themselves. This mansion is located near the favela’s but we never once felt unsafe and even got to walk through and explore the favela area, just be smart. Located right between Ipanema and Copacabana, we felt like we were located in the middle of everything. Short walks to the great beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, if your looking to get the authentic rio and cultural feel I highly recommend staying with Goitaca in this beautiful art deco mansion.

Andre was a truly amazing host. He lives nearby and treated us more like friends than guests. We were even invited to his birthday party — an unforgettable and authentic dive into Brazilian culture. The home is located about 1.5 kilometers up a rocky dirt road, with a 300-meter elevation gain — which probably makes a huge difference during the hot season. The views of the granite mountains are stunning, and you really feel immersed in nature. Monkeys are frequent guests There are fantastic hiking trails nearby, including one that leads to a waterfall, and I especially recommend the trail to Chinesa Vista — one of the most breathtaking views of the city from above. It’s about a 30-minute walk each way and a great little workout

Excellent stay. Exactly as described. The host and his family were very hospitable and kind to us. To enter the place, we need to go through the kitchen, but it did not affect the privacy at all, because the place is separate from the house. We kept a copy of the keys, which gave us even more privacy. Clear instructions, before and during the stay. Wonderful location, very close to the subway, R. Nelson Mandela (full of restaurants), Casa Firjan, Casa Rui Barbosa, pharmacies, supermarket, bakeries, snack bars. Hot shower, hair dryer, comfortable bed, floor clothesline, hangers available. Clean bathroom. And there was plenty of cold water available in the refrigerator, which made a big difference to us. The house is in a safe, quiet and very peaceful village. There is a door in the bedroom that leads to a balcony, we left it open at bedtime and it was very cool. It was an excellent experience, we intend to return more often.

I believe, without a doubt, that this is one of the best spaces in Copacabana. Explico: new environment, spacious, clean, very quiet; perfect kitchen, with all the necessary utensils (electric coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.). It has hot water on all the taps and the shower is of high quality. The two conditioned ares are new and with clean filters. The whole place is very clean and organized. There is nothing missing! The street is practically inside a village and there is no noise at all. It is close to the Bread and Company bakery - which sells the best powdered biscuits with cheese; from the Adega Pérola boat; from many bars, markets and gyms, as well as being less than 100 m from the Arcoverde metro station. In addition, Gregório is a host example: always available and with a diuturnal attention. I will always return, the space this spectacular, when you return to Rio, if you have availability!!!

I had a fantastic time staying at Maria’s residence - it was private, easily accessible, and conveniently located in Copacabana. Maria was extremely friendly and provided me with a number of great recommendations which were very helpful and she remained available for me throughout the duration of my trip anytime something came up which made me feel at home. I felt that I got a very good overview of Rio staying here and I can’t wait until I come back again!

A Wonderful Stay with a Million-Dollar View in Leblon! We had an outstanding experience at this charming apartment in Leblon, featuring a spacious terrace with a stunning sea view. The location is perfect, right next to the Sheraton Hotel, whose chic presence only enhances the spectacular panorama, and whose restaurants and pool bars are open to all. Lisienne and her family made us feel truly at home. Always positive and caring, Lisienne, her husband, their daughter (who speaks excellent English) and their adorable cat welcomed us as friends. Even without a lift, they arranged and covered help with our luggage at check-in and check-out, a thoughtful gesture we deeply appreciated. The apartment is also ideally situated for exploring Rio: neighboring areas like Ipanema and Copacabana are easily and affordably reached by Uber (just 2 or 3 euros each way) or by renting a bicycle. We received wonderful tips and genuine care throughout our stay, and left feeling like part of the family.

We had a wonderful stay at Luiza’s beautiful Ipanema apartment! 🌴✨ The space is exactly as shown in the photos—light, stylish, and incredibly peaceful, just a stone’s throw from the beach and close to great bars and restaurants. Luiza was an exceptional host—friendly, communicative, and very accommodating. We arrived a couple of hours early, and she kindly let us drop off our bags so we could start exploring straight away. She also gave us fantastic local recommendations that really added to our Rio experience. We’d definitely love to stay here again—thank you, Luiza, for making our time in Rio so memorable! 🌊🌞

Had an amazing stay. Super close to the beach and great restaurants. The apartment was so beautiful and well decorated. Host was wonderful too.

My family traveled to Rio for a wedding and our stay was beyond our expectation. Their home had artistic decor which brought in details from outside into the home. Wonderful expansive views of the ocean and fun to watch beach activities. Easy access to beach even beach chairs and umbrella were provided. Kitchen was well equipped and home was spotless. Rodolfo and Derek were very responsive when asking for help with suggestions about tours, shopping and more. We had a bathroom issue which they responded quickly. Always felt safe and doormen were sweat hearts. Great options for dinner, shopping and Roxy show was recommended by Rodolfo and was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Great location very close to the beach and lagoon, short drive to Rio’s main attractions. So nice to have the place clean and breakfast made by wonderful and friendly maids. Cesar is responsive and accommodating. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time in Rio for our first time coming from USA on our way to visit my side of the family in RS. Absolutely beautiful place in the best neighborhood in Rio. Leblon is extremely charming, the beach is walking distance, safe, and not so full of tourists as copacabana so you get to experience the true Brasil charm. The apartment is perfect, exactly as the picture, modern with a homely feeling, super clean, comfortable beds… I am so happy to have stayed there. Originally I had hotel reservations but when I saw the pictures of this apartment I was in love. This place beats the ocean view, you get to see the Pedra da Gavea and the Christ statue. The host is lovely, very responsive and accommodating. The building staff is friendly and always available. If you have the chance to stay here don’t miss it, when you walk into this apartment you can’t help but feel like the trip is already a success!!!

The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the necessary amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very fast and clear, he was always very polite. On my next trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!

We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. It corresponds exactly to the pictures and extends over three floors, which gives it a very special spatial effect. The location on the 13th floor is a bit unusual at first - especially because of the floor-to-ceiling, fully opening windows - but you will be rewarded with a spectacular view. Both the bedroom and the living room offer impressive panoramic views that make your stay a special experience. A small downside: A busy road runs nearby, the noise of which can be heard - especially when the window is open. The area scores with an excellent infrastructure: in just about 10 minutes on foot you can reach the vibrant nightlife with a large selection of restaurants and bars. There's something for everyone here - whether it's for dinner or a relaxing drink in the evening.

We had a great stay, the room is exactly like the photo. Francesco's wife, who was very friendly, welcomed us. In addition to taking care of every detail of Copacasinha. Easy access to the beach and chairs and umbrellas were provided. I recommend it!
