The apartment is very well equipped (with quality furniture) and was super clean. What's more, it's very well located, right on the Avenida del Mar. Communication with Jaime was very good, always willing to help. The information was very clear from the beginning. The only thing I would recommend (to improve) would be to change the curtains and install blackout ones, since at night the rooms were very bright because the apartment is on the first floor, the lights of the condominium next door bothered you when you were sleeping. It will undoubtedly be our first choice when we want to visit La Serena again. Thank you!

The place is beautiful, towels and bed linen of excellent quality, very clean and with everything you need to be comfortable... I recommend it 100%, its hosts are always very friendly and willing to help, the view from all the spaces to the beach is wonderful, the location is very good, it is close to everything but without the noise of the center... I would choose it again on my next visit!!!

The apartment is very cozy, implecable and with everything you need to stay for several days. The condominium is very safe and quiet without disturbing noise. It is located in front of the beach and close to restaurants, you can walk to the Faro and the coast. 100% recommended.

Soledad is a very good host, there were no problems. Apartment in a very good location, in front of the beach, with convenient parking. Very well equipped, the only comment is that I think the bed above the cabin is for a small child only, since it is not very firm. The rest is impeccable.

This is a wonderful place, actually much nicer in person than in the photos. You can hear the waves on the beach. This area has incredibly nice weather, pleasant during the day and cool at night. Great restaurants and activities right there. Fantastic churro kiosk across the street. Will stay there again

Excellent and comfortable stay, beautiful view, Lorena was very friendly and very concerned at all times. The apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable.

The apartment is conveniently located, in front of a supermarket, which makes shopping easy. Beach access is safe through the authorized steps. The space is comfortable and equipped for three people, although some kitchen utensils are missing to prepare meals easily. There are several dining options nearby. The laundry is excellent and costs 1,700 pesos, but you have to pay with 500 and 100 (new) coins. Parking is spacious and safe, with the added advantage of being underground, which protects vehicles from the salinity of the environment as it is in a coastal area. As a point for improvement, the presence of the owner's personal belongings, such as clothes, shoes and photographs on the nightstands, can detract from the neutrality of the space. One drawback is the noise from the nearby service center, with road sounds and honking, especially at night. Overall, it's a comfortable and conveniently located option, with good services, although with some details to consider.

Very happy with our stay and with the attention from Cristian. Very friendly and concerned that our days were pleasant and hassle-free. Before any doubt I always respond very quickly. We are very grateful and of course we will be back!
