Holiday rentals with a patio in Córdoba

the area is very central and quiet, we liked spending a few days in the apartment, the service was efficient and very fast, I recommend it and would stay there again.

I stayed in this apartment and the experience was really excellent. The apartment is super comfortable, with quality details in everything: from towels to utensils, everything is impeccable and well cared for. It is in a very nice area, ideal for walking, with a supermarket next door, a service station in front and everything at hand. One of the best surprises was the 33rd floor: the co-living space is amazing for working or relaxing, and the bar with that spectacular view makes it even better. It's definitely a place I'd come back to without hesitation. Thank you Julio for everything!

I am super grateful to Marcelo and Omar. They answered me super fast and made themselves available for flexible check-in and check-out. The apartment was super clean, as were the sheets and towels. It has a lot of visibility due to the large number of windows it has. The heating works perfectly and the beds are very comfortable.

I thought it was ok, i stayed 2 weeks. The Apartment had everything i needed and the location was nice, i liked Cofico, good city area. One thing i would recommend: bigger fridge. The fridge is very small. I booked the Apartment, because it has a big kitchen, with all equipment, i cook every day. What i didn't see: the fridge is more like a mini-bar then a fridge. I could organise myself, but for me such a small fridge in such a big kitchen, doesn't make any sense. Anyway. The host communicated good and tried to be helpful. Thank you.

I stayed 6 days and the stay was pleasant, the apartment was comfortable, clean and both Ignacio and Raquel were attentive to make sure everything went well. Thank you very much! I had been told bad things about the area, the surroundings, but it was not a problem. (I didn't go out at night).

The stay was excellent and thanks to the accommodation, as it was super comfortable, the location, the apartment and I have to highlight the bed that was very comfortable. The apartment is for three people, it has air conditioning in the room and all the amenities. I would definitely come back and of course I recommend it.

We were travelling as a group of 9 to attend a world championship event in Cordoba. The house was the perfect base for our twelve day stay. We all had plenty of space. The kitchen was well set up to cook meals at home. We loved jumping into the pool after long hot days in the sun competing. Our host Tony was amazing, helping us out with anything we needed!

The house is very nice and comfortable, by car you are very close to everything, in Uber too, walking not so much but it is about 10/15 blocks from bars or restaurants (it is also not much). The back of the house is beautiful, I went with a group of friends and we were very comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Elisa is very friendly and is always available

The house is big and very comfortable. Daniel was always very attentive and the area is spectacular. The barbecue, the view and the garden are UNMISSABLE!

With my family we had a great time on our trip, we found that the accommodation is as seen in the images, everything is very clean, tidy; the house is very comfortable and beautiful; the neighborhood is very quiet and safe; María José at all times responded on all the queries we made, she gave us information to move locally, etc. Everything very well, it is in itself a place where I would go again without a doubt. Beautiful place, very quiet and nice, the place where it is located is super accessible, you have a service station, kiosk and super close. Regarding the house, it is very spacious, very clean and comfortable. It should be noted how kind and good Sofia is, in our own experience we are delighted with this place Here are some regular guests for when we return to Córdoba

We spent two weeks at Jose's place and had a nice time. We had a few maintenance issues during our time and Jose was very quick to respond and fix the issues. He also had a niece in the building who helped out. The location was about a 40 minute walk to the main centre. There was a reasonably sized supermarket nearby and the Nuevo Centro shopping mall was about a 20 minute walk away. The aircon and wifi worked well and there was good, hot water. The apartment was as per the listing.

The apartment's location is 10, we walk, very close to everything. It's very nice, clean and tidy. The balcony is beautiful. The only observation is that my son slept on the couch and it was a little hard, but that's all. Our stay was perfect. Thank you very much

The apartment is comfortable, it is very comfortable and is equipped with everything you need, José was very kind and was always attentive to our needs.

Everything was a ten, very luxurious and beautiful. I went with my wife on vacation. The only thing was that the garage was very small, my car barely fit. I have a Fiat Cronos and I had to close the mirrors for the car to fit. I know that in Cordoba they are used to driving well and they must be used to the reduced space in the garage, but the truth is that it is an excellent place. I highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect. The place was clean, well located and just as seen in the photos. The host was very kind and attentive. I would repeat without hesitation.
