Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Cordova

I had a fantastic 5-day stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with the host was smooth and easy; they were responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the cozy balcony, thoughtful touches, though the wifi is not fiber yet sometimes it has slow connection but overall. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Super-convenient for the airport, but also peaceful, quiet, with a relaxed neighbourhood feel. The host was great! A real plus, making everything easy, and very flexible. I highly recommend this place - the actual apartment is great, comfortable, enough space and clean, well organised - nothing bad.

The unit was in a convenient location and matched the photos in the listing. Check-in was easy, and the host responded quickly to messages. Although we had issues with the toilet as the flush won't work. Overall, our stay was great!

It was a great stay for the money and the host was very responsive to needs. They upgraded internet to 400mbps fiber for my two month stay for the extra cost. They fixed the washer when it stopped working. The condo was close enough to stores, restaurants and a mall to be walkable. Some might prefer a trike though. Highly recommend the TOPS Grill by the nearby Grand Mall. It was a personal favorite. That said, it was further from a lot of stuff on the island than I realized. That was more of an issue with my expectations though. If you want a mostly quiet place to stay or work, it is great. If you expect to be near the resort beaches or larger malls, it is not. I don't have anything negative to say about the place, the host, or my stay there. If the location fits your needs, I highly recommend staying here. Worth noting that car travel was sometimes more accessible and cheaper with the Maxim app than with Grab in this area.

The place have a view to die for. Literally, you are so high up you can see the land layout and other venues. You can see TOPs and Temple of Leah from the balcony. Amenities was the best part of the stay as we didnt need to bring extra stuff. 3 bathrooms was also a plus, having 10 ppl in the group, we didnt need to fight for the restrooms, lol. The place is awesome and a good price for a piece of mind.

This was a great place to stay. Clean, affordable, and near the airport. We checked in for our 1-day lay-over in Cebu. We wanted to rest after a tiring international travel. And we really achieved that because of the comfort and coziness this place gave us. Truly a haven for your staycation plans. They allowed us to do an early check in around 5 AM because our plane arrived early in the morning. There was additional payment but it was worth it. They also reserved the room day prior so we can do early checkin. And we really appreciate that. If you’re looking for a kind, responsive and flexible host, look no further than here :)) This place is definitely recommended to everyone who wants to visit Cebu!!!

Er is beveiliging beneden het gebouw en voor de poort, maakt het sowieso al een stuk fijner. Verder is het zwembad geweldig en gym faciliteiten super. De kamer zelf van alle gemakken voorzien en zelfs water wat je kan pakken. Top dus!

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

CJ is what every host should aspire to be like. He's very professional, responsive, has great customer service skills, kind , helpful and make things super easy for his guess. I will be visiting again in July and August respectively, and definitely booking Cj's Airbnb.

This may be the best unit I’ve stayed in Cebu. Pristine, extremely clean and well kept. Strong water pressure. And providing many pots and pans, with all utensils needed for cooking. It’s located just a few blocks away from the Ayala Center Mall in a very safe, secured, and clean established area of Cebu City. And the building has the best rooftop pool in the city, with a stunning view of the entire cityscape, the colorful lights of the CCLEX Bridge, and even the planes descending into Mactan Island. I would recommend this place to anyone who wishes to come to Cebu!

Everything was great, smooth check-in, clean space, and a super easy experience overall. Would absolutely book again!

cozy home with lots of room and very esthetically pleasing.

It was a great place to stay. The house was big and spacious. they kept it clean as well. The neighbourhood was quit and walkable. it was refreshing for me and my family to go for swimming, bicycling & walking inside the subdivision. we were able to go to the nearby beaches with just one ride from the door as we called the guardhouse and they send the local three-wheeler to the house door. the host was quik to response and very friendly. in one word it was a wonderful experience staying here and we will definitely comeback again.

Anita is a great host. Very accommodating with check in/out times. Quick response to messages. The accommodation is in a nice secure location with a decent grocery store pool and gym pretty close to the house. No a/c but lots of fans provided along most of cutlery and cooking utensils that anyone needs.

This was our second time booking this Airbnb, and it was just as great as the first! The place is clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. One of the things we love most is the location—it’s super convenient with Bo’s Coffee and Robinsons Supermarket just a short walk away. The host is always responsive and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be booking again!
