Holiday rentals with a patio in Cordova

I had a fantastic 5-day stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with the host was smooth and easy; they were responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the cozy balcony, thoughtful touches, though the wifi is not fiber yet sometimes it has slow connection but overall. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

The apartment was gebsu as Dominik described it. The German standard was definitely given, I didn't have to miss anything. The view from the balconies is the same, especially the sunset. Messages and inquiries (e.g. new gallons for the water dispenser) were repaired within minutes to a few hours. At the latest on the next day, the co-host took care of the inquiries. For the good last, the offers of the resort are recommended, especially for children (pools & beach). The full use of the resort complex is not included in the booking price, BUT Dominik offer a discount for the use of the resort complex, if necessary you also get a very high discount. The location of Resprt is also ideal for self-catering. The supermarket can be reached in a few minutes' drive (grave, car or scooter). We could only recommend the host Dominik and also the co-host Bernd!

Had a wonderful stay here. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making communication effortless from start to finish. The room itself is one of the best I've stayed in. Spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was easy and smooth, with clear instructions that made the process hassle-free. Will definitely book again.

The place was nice and clean, and the host was responsive and friendly. Its location was convenient, with food spots and coffee shops within walking distance. However, commuting to malls may take around an hour.

The unit was in a convenient location and matched the photos in the listing. Check-in was easy, and the host responded quickly to messages. Although we had issues with the toilet as the flush won't work. Overall, our stay was great!

Five stars! The place was better than expected. Absolutely gorgeous views and wonderful setting. The host, Roland was exceptional from beginning to end. Really really great, and cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Everybody should visit this one!

I was with 3 seniors during our stay and they really liked the place. It was senior-friendly and senior-approved! They are impressed with the house and how clean it is. Rob and Angeli are also very responsive to us, and their place really felt like home. Everyone in our group felt comfortable, the house is very cozy but also very functional for group travellers like us! Their instructions are also very clear and they really thought about their guest, we can see it in their design. The welcome snacks and card is also very thoughtful!

We had a comfortable stay and the room definitely had everything we needed. It was also near to IAU and Gaisano which made it convenient for us to go back and forth. The host/s was quick and responsive that is why i’ll recommend this place to my friends who’ll visit someday

Everything looks good and spacious. It even looks better in photos. Has all the tools we need. Genevieve was also responsive and accomodating. Greed for a flexible time too given we've arrived late and had to checkout later. Had enjoyed staying at her place. If your bringing a lot of heavy baggages, be warned that there is no elevator. The room is in the 4th floor so manage your expectations. Overall, a 100/10. Will surely come back!

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

Kudos to Miss June for being so accommodating and responsive. The place was great. No hassle in checking in and out. Great amenities and worth the price. 💜✨️
