Holiday rentals with a kayak in Corfu

The beach house is the perfect beach house in an idyllic setting. The accommodation is spotless and well appointed. Xanthi also provides all the extras you would want for the beach towels kids toys and even sea kyaks and a paddle board. We had already stayed in Xanthis Corfu town apartment and before we left she had given us lots of info on the area which is a 5 min drive from Kassiopi with lots of tavernas and shops. You can also walk 20 mins to the town With the beautiful gardens and seating in and out of the sun you might find you never want to move further than the garden and the water outside your gate! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Nous avons deux bébés d’un an et demi tout est adapté (barrière, lit, chaise, jouets) La cuisine est vraiment très équipé ! Georges et Rania sont très accueillant gentils et réactif. La mer est au bout du jardin un restaurant pas très loin du logement ainsi que le port de pêche. Je vous conseille tout de même un véhicule pour les autres déplacements. Encore merci à Rania et Georges pour leur hospitalité.

We spent a few days in Mesongi as a family of four while exploring Corfu, and our stay at George’s place was a memorable highlight. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. What truly set it apart was the warmth and hospitality George provided—it felt more personal and inviting than our subsequent stay at the larger Apollo Resort. That said, it’s important to know that the apartment sits above a vibrant and excellent traditional restaurant (which we highly recommend). With that comes some evening noise—clattering plates, conversation, and the energy of a Greek taverna in full swing. If you’re a light sleeper or turn in early, it may take some adjusting. Overall, if you value local flavor, authentic hospitality, and a central location in a lively village, this is a fantastic choice.

Eleni's house is in a lovely location just a few steps from a nice, quiet beach with crystal clear water and there are several terraces in the garden with sea views. The bed was comfy, the house was spotlessley clean and well equipped. There's a little grocery shop nearby and some beachside restaurants so everything you need is at hand if you want a low key, relaxing holiday.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Marina und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist einfach ein Traum und man traut seinen Augen kaum, wenn man morgens aufwacht und vom Bett aus direkt auf das Meer schaut. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Unser Highlight waren die SUP-Boards, die wir nutzen durften, um auf dem Wasser zu paddeln. Marina hat uns tolle Tipps für die Insel und die nähere Umgebung gegeben und auch ihre Mutter war immer als Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen ☺️

Wir fanden es mit unseren Kindern absolut prima! Man konnte weit ins Meer laufen, hatte den perfekten Sonnenuntergang und das Meerrauschen zum Aufwachen und Einschlafen. Insektentüren und -fenster sind top! Kajaks sind natürlich toll, wenn man nicht nur schwimmen will.
