Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Cork

Beautiful house and it was worth paying for it. Quiet place, small garden and wonderful view of the city. The city center is very close, within walking distance. Very responsive owner. Our plane arrived early in the morning and the owner allowed us to check in before noon. The check-out time was also very flexible. I highly recommend this place.

Mary’s place is a great ‘home from home’ in a quiet street 10 minutes walk from the river. It’s also a short cab ride from the airport. The house is well furnished and has a lovely open plan dining / lounge area. Bedrooms were comfortable and had beautifully clean linen and towels, with ample storage space. Mary left some fresh flowers on the dining table and very useful food items (bread, milk, butter) in the fridge. Mary had some helpful suggestions for our first night in the city and was always quick to respond to requests for advice or information.

This is a great alternative to staying in the city. It’s a quick taxi or uber right to everything in the city of Cork. There are also lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate area. The home has a ton of space and is very comfortable.

We had a great weekend away in Cork with a group of friends, and this apartment was the perfect base for our trip. It’s a great little place - lovely and clean, well equipped, and met all our needs. The location is fantastic - very central and within easy walking distance to the city centre and lots of great restaurants. Michael was an excellent host - very proactive, easy to communicate with, and shared some great local suggestions. Would definitely recommend!

We are glad to have stayed at this great place while visiting Ireland. Jason was very responsive and helpful. The house was like the photos and overall a great space. We think it was the perfect spot to stay at for a family. The house was very clean and having a parking space was so helpful.

Abby's place was a find! Not only was it comfortable and charming, but in a lovely and safe neighborhood to launch adventures in Cork. Public rail transit just a 5 minute walk, with traditional Irish pub, wine bar and bakery within easy walking distance. Kitchen fully equipped and bedrooms very ample and comfy. A bonus was beautiful outdoor garden space with bistro table for morning tea or coffee and herbs available to use in recipes. This was our first trip to Ireland, so I really appreciated Abby's hospitality and recommendations on sites to visit and local restaurants. Express bus to Dublin airport is a big plus. Cobh is just a short rail trip away, with a fantastic emigration museum and port where thousands of Irish departed during the Great Potato Famine. Highly recommend Abby's place.

Lovely atmosphere in this early 20th century house. Amanda left flowers and yummy snacks for us - delightful! Comfy beds. Worth noting that there is a comfy lounge with coffee table but no dining table, just a kitchen bar. The garden patio is charming in good weather.

Jeff’s apartment was a peaceful, clean and comfortable stay. We enjoyed the local bars and takeaway options. Would recommend!

Emiliano’s place is just perfect! Amazing location, apartment is spacious yet cosy, super comfortable beds and lovely fluffy towels, you won’t be disappointed with a stay in Emiliano’s place!

Outstanding Stay in Cork!!! I can't express enough how wonderful our experience was at this Airbnb! Finbar and Eva were exceptionally hospitable and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The place is new, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need to relax and feel at home. All facilities are in perfect condition. The area is peaceful, with supermarkets, pharmacies, and a bank nearby. Plus, the bus stops are just a minute's walk from the house, making it very easy to reach the city center by bus. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! We highly recommend this beautiful place without any doubts and its amazing hosts!

Beautiful penthouse apartment that was everything as advertised. View of the estuary was wonderful and the place was grand. Thoughtful extras about the place, instruction guide was perfect. Loved it, looking forward to coming back.

Very cozy apartment with an amazing kitchen area. I lived here for about a month. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. About 10minutes away on foot there is a crossroads with restaurants and a small supermarket. On foot or by bus it takes about 20-25minutes to the city center. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cork.

I’m left speechless, my only regret was not booking more days with Isaac’s hotels. The apartment was just out of this world.

We loved Sarah’s place! She left us a few tasty snacks and made the check in very easy. It’s a quick walk from her place to the town center, which is great if you want to explore the food and bar scene. While the main mattress/bed is notably firm, it was easy to sleep since it was quiet around her apartment. We also appreciated having the option to do laundry. Thanks for having us!

Lovely apartment in prime location - easily walkable distance to the city centre and easy to get back after a night at the pub! Balcony river views, well-stocked kitchen and generous selection of snacks and tea and coffee. Sofa bed was easy to put up. Susan was very responsive and helpful. We could not have wished for a better stay.

During our trip around Ireland this gem of an air bnb definitely stoud out. The location was easy to reach with public transport or walking; close to the centre and all the good spots for shopping, eating & sightseeing🤌 Tè Ruì Yă and Rachel were amazing hosts, friendly and kind and easy to communicate with at any time🤗 We were especially grateful for the great and ample amounts of recommendations for things to do and see around Cork! 😍 And we were even allowed to check in earlier and leave later to accomodate our train schedules - thanks so much for that🙏 the washing machine + dryer was a big plus for us backpackers as well 🤭 there were also some beverages in the fridge supplied as a "welcome-gift". Only slight thing to note: the stove looked a bit used/dirty but worked for our needs so it was a rather insignificant issue really paling in comparison to what made this place perfect ❤️ All in all, we can highly recommend this place and would stay here again any time😍

Stayed here for 1 night while visiting Cork. A nice 2 bed apartment, plenty of space in the sitting room to hang out, and had all the facilities we need. Good location to explore Cork City with the center being less than 10 mins in a taxi, and bus options close by also. Lin was super responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Would recommend.

We loved staying here. The location was right there next to the heart of the city for things to do. Great shopping, food, and pubs. Having the large supermarket right there was also a plus!! The apartment was spacious which made it easy to move around in. I would highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

Great stay, good location, easy to find and on a bus route for good access into Cork. Willie was quick to respond to a query we had and kindly let us drop our bags off before the check-in time. Would happily stay again.

Joe is a great host. He is friendly and very responsive. The room and ensuite are large. The size of the shower was very much appreciated. The bed was comfortable a cozy. If I am ever in Cork again, I would look up Joe’s place. PS. There is a service station across the road with coffee and pastries for breakfast.

Ioana’s place could not be in a more perfect location. I was able to easily walk there from the bus stop. She maintained constant communication with me and could not be more kind and understanding. I appreciated being able to use the very nice kitchen! Also, getting in and out of her place was very easy, she met me when I got there, and could not have been more kind and understanding. The bed was big and very comfortable. Can’t say enough good things!
