We have a large comfortable self contained studio apartment, suitable for one couple only, with a private entrance, a small deck, Queen bed, kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, bar fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery and some condiments supplied. It is in a quiet residential area with a 5 minute walk to our local beach where you can go for a nature walk, swim and watch the sunset. We live upstairs, so you may hear some sounds of life, but the studio is completely private.

Studio Lu is a unique and cozy space and is 800m from Nelson Bay cbd, restaurants,the marina,cafes and clubs.Shoal Bay is less than a 10 min drive. You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs.Lovely large deck off bedroom. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee!

This apartment is only 600m to Nelson Bay marina, shops, bars, cafes & restaurants. It has magnificent beach views and only a 2 min walk to Fly Point Beach. Living area flows to an undercover tiled terrace, then onto a grassed area. This is a perfect getaway, well equipped and beautifully presented. Linen, bath and beach towels provided and bed made. There is a construction site next door though the noise is minimal or if any. Portable cot available. Pet friendly. Weber Q bbq available.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious, spectalar views and seamless check in. It was a little hard to find but following the clear instructions Matthew provided prior to our arrival we arrived safely. The driveway for the second car was a little tricky but we mastered it after a few attempts and it was plain sailing for the remainder of our stay. Perfect location close to Nelson’s Bay, Shoal Bay and Fingal. Great places to eat like the Burubi Surf Club, Little Beach Cafe and The Anchorage. The walk down to the water was stunning but heading back up the hill was arduous. I would suggest taking a car and walk among the other beautiful bush walks available in the area. Thank you Matthew and Liz ! We will definitely be back. Regards Linda

Perfect Weekend Getaway! We had a wonderful weekend stay at Naomi’s place! The location was fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun. The place was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the large outdoor living area. The host was friendly and responsive, making the entire experience even better. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the beach!

The place was absolutely beautiful! It had a fully stocked kitchen which was great for cooking big meals for a group at home. It was private, quiet, comfortable and very generously stocked with everything and anything you might need! Not to mention incredibly clean also. James was super responsive to any questions we had, was very kind and made the experience so seamless. 😊

Such a lovely spot for a holiday. The house was filled with natural light and plenty of space for a big group. Lovely back yard with outdoor dining and fire pit was a bonus. We felt very at home here and would happily return.

This accomodation far exceeded expectations from what was advertised. The kitchen was spacious and had everything it needed for 12 people including plenty of wine glasses, cups, plates. They thought of everything, having cheese boards, ample serving ware and baking dishes. There were plenty of spices, sauces and dressings to choose from also. The dining area was stunning. They also had 4 bathrooms with showers making the night time easier. Will definitely stay here again.

I cannot recommend this accommodation and host more highly. We felt instantly at home and Katrina was super responsive to any messages. The home was fully equipped with everything you could need and was close to all amenities and only a short walk to the beach. My family and puppy had a lovely stay
