Cosy Cornish Woodland Retreat

Escape reality in this thoughtfully converted Woodland retreat, in the renowned and secluded 40 acre Pendarves bluebell woods. Near the historic mining town of Camborne, we are a short 20 minute walk from the mainline train station (6 by taxi). A plentiful supply of local attractions, reached most easily by those with their own vehicle. St Ives (13 miles), Falmouth (15 miles), Penzance (20 miles). Sadly we do not allow pets and due to the nature of the site, it is not wheelchair friendly.

The hut has a double bed, boutique dining table and chairs, kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge kettle and toaster. It has its own water heater, radiator and heated towel rail. The bathroom also has a large mirror, and large electric shower. The hut is positioned in its own private garden laid to grass with views over our fields.

The Owl Tent

The owl tent is based on a working farm in North Cornwall. Close to many popular local beaches. The tent is self contained with its own outdoor kitchen with enough cooking equipment you should need for the duration of your stay. The toilet and shower block is a short walk across the field, there is a torch provided for night time wanders. Port Isaac is a short 3 mile drive or a 45 minute (roughly) walk through the valley. Polzeath beach is just under 4 miles away.

Delightful Bell Tent for two near Portreath

Situated in a meadow on our smallholding, our luxury 5 meter Bell Tent is perfect for a cosy getaway. Being only 2 1/2 miles from the beaches of Portreath and Porthtowan, it is ideally situated for exploring the north Cornish Coast. The shower room (which is shared if our Shepherd's Hut, which sleeps two, is also occupied) is only a few yards away from the tent in our beautifully converted horse trailer. We are able to offer storage for surf boards, bikes etc.
