This private home features two spacious rooms with comfy beds, a full kitchen and roomy bathroom. There is also a small bonus office for your use. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. The location could not be better as the home is a stone's throw from Chapman University (just 1/2 a block) and is only 1 1/2 blocks from the Plaza and on a an Old Towne Orange Spoke street! Brand new carpet, paint and fresh linens! You will feel as if every detail has been thought of because it has! You will have access to the entire upstairs 2- bedroom (plus office room) apartment. Your private entrance is on the side of the home just up the brown staircase. Rafael is a favorite host here in Old Towne Orange. He is very responsive and helpful should you need anything yet he will never intrude. Within easy walking distance are fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, and antique shops. Unsurprisingly, Old Towne Orange has repeatedly been voted Orange County's 'Favorite Downtown'. Every Saturday, there's also a wonderful farmers' market nearby. Close to public transportation; most people love the walkability! Prices may vary with holidays and local events. Corona del Mar Village Apartment.

Our apartment is located on the beach side of Pacific Coast Highway and has a very unique charm. We are located in the heart of Corona del Mar Village ('Flower Streets'). The apartment has two bedrooms and one bath. With a foldout couch that converts to a double size bed. There is a sleeping capacity for up to 5 persons. A pack-n-play portable crib and high-chair are available for tots. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and an ice-chest. Full use of the laundry is provided at no charge.
