Streamlined bathroom and ensuite, each with a large glass-walled shower. Enjoy the grassy front deck area or sit around the fire pit at the back.

The barn is on the Bass Coast of Victoria and enjoys sweeping views of the countryside, water and mountains beyond , take a stroll to the beach for some bird watching, fishing or just to paddle your feet, walk along the top of the cliffs and enjoy the sunset or just relax on your private veranda with a wine or beer. Hobsons Cabin is a self contained cabin (one of two cabins in our backyard) at the right hand side of our private backyard. Access through gates and carport. Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery, Smart TV with Netflix and Foxtel. Separate toilet & bathroom. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.
