The property is a renovated, single-story former manor house from the early 1900s that retains the character of the original building. It has 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a half bath, and large common areas. It is located on a 6,000-m² (1.5-acre) property. Outside, it features a large Manchego-style patio with a BBQ and a wooded garden with a swimming pool. An ideal place to rest.

Old house in the center of Colmenar de Oreja adapted to today's needs. The rental of the house is complete and you can enjoy it all to yourself. It consists of two apartments fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, and terrace, with capacity for 9 guests. You can also enjoy the bar area, wine cellar, recreation rooms, interior patio with fountain, porch, and exterior patio with barbecue. A haven of peace south of the Community of Madrid.

Small but well-equipped country house, ideal for families with children, to disconnect and relax. 1 double bed, 1 armchair bed and 2-seater bunk bed. Toilet with shower. Perfect as a base to visit Madrid, Toledo, Warner Park and Puy du Fou (about 1 hour from each). You can enjoy the Lillo Aerodrome, with parachute jumps and gliding, and the Lillo Zoo, which is ideal for families. We have reorganized and freed up space to make you comfortable during your stay.
