Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Corsica

We absolutely loved our stay at Marie and Mathias’ place. The house is so stylish and well appointed but also very homely and has everything you need (including all cooking utensils etc). We loved having dinner on the rooftop looking across the valley and surrounded by birdsong. The location was perfect for us - we enjoyed walking the first section of the GR20 and cycling on the GT20, both from the door. We stopped off in Calvi for supplies but the Spar in Calenzana (20 min walk away) had everything we needed, so we didn’t use our car for the whole three night stay. Perfect! An FYI - we decided to sleep on the middle floor which does not have air conditioning so as to avoid stairs to the bathroom during the night. This bedroom is not air conditioned but we kept the shutters closed during the day to keep the room cool and there’s a fan which can also be used. This worked well! Completely recommend if you’re looking peace and quiet, and time outside!

This house is absolutely stunning and feels like a completely secluded retreat. I loved staying here and it made my time in Corsica so peaceful. The pool and 360 views are fabulous, the kitchen is extremely well stocked with cooking gear, and the hosts were friendly and responsive.

We really enjoyed the house, which is very bright with a very well-equipped kitchen. It is a very nice house, with a beautiful sunset on the mountains that can be seen from the pool terrace. A small technical pool ladder issue following a previous rental earned us a small refund on the price paid for the unsolicited rental. Very good owners. I highly recommend this house to explore the Suf part of Corsica. For the children of the Plat Pays, of which I am one, the Corsican mountains are high, it is in our interest to hang on to the hairpin roads. I recommend the road along the coast, despite a possible traffic jam...

Positive points: - total change of scenery - Good welcome - ⁠villa in the heart of the countryside - each room has its own bathroom -Heatedpool - responsiveness to requests - towels and sheets available. Cons: - the access path to the sheepfold is very degraded - Bed linen-duvets for children absent despite knowing the number of people (7) at the time of booking - some bulbs out of order - ⁠TVs in the rooms did not work - ⁠XPTV is not working very well. - lack of a lot of cutlery and pans especially for 7 people - No breakfast (photos on the site). - The bedroom doors do not close from the outside and the keys to the shutters do not allow for the securing of non-luggage. - Lack of shower curtains at the bathtub in the bedrooms - The bidet is not connected so no water (room near dining room) - ⁠2 slats HS bunk bed and the bed squeaks a lot - no duplicate keys when there are many people

The house is located in a very nice place. There was a good layer of posidonia leaves on the beach (at least ~50cm), but actually, it does not bother swimming and it is not unpleasant, neither to the foot, nor to the nose. At 30m on the right of the beach, there is much less deposit, and it is a beautiful beach of fine sand with driftwood. It's an old house, single glazing and vintage bathroom from the 70s, but it's very well equipped and very pleasant to live in. We would totally recommend!

We had a wonderful time in the historic house of Marie Antoinette. She was a perfect hostess, welcomed us very warmly, gave us good tips and responded to our wishes and questions immediately. The apartment is very, very clean, well equipped and exceptionally tasteful and designed with loving details. The large roof terrace with a view of the sea and the mountains is particularly worth mentioning, and from which the sunset behind the mountains is beautiful to watch. From the roof terrace, you can also watch the colorful hustle and bustle of the market square. We liked to use the offers in the village (village shop, two restaurants, a bar, etc.) The location of Belgodère is great. We were able to ride our e-bikes(!) to the beach or through the villages, on beautiful paths that were hardly used (spring!) and were able to take great hikes from there. We fully recommend the place.

Sébastien's accommodation is a small marvel, perfectly located, close to the sea, shops, restaurants etc. The accommodation is ideal, there is everything you need, and also very good for a 2 and a half year old child. The sunny terrace and its barbecue won us over!! Sébastien was very available and accommodating, thank you again, thanks to you we had a wonderful vacation! We'll be back! We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful apartment. Very well equipped and nicely decorated. The view from the balcony is incredible, overlooking the mountains and the Aiguilles de Bavella. it is located in the small village of Zonza, lively, close to plenty of sports activities and especially in nature. The region is sumptuous.

Very good stay at Joëlle and Patrick's! We were very well received, they even prepared a small welcome aperitif for us! The place is great as is the pool. We'll go back without hesitation!

We had a great stay at Elo's apartment. The apartment is very spacious and superbly equipped. The view from the balcony to the mountains is very beautiful and you are still quickly at the sea. Great!

I had an absolutely wonderful week in this beautiful villa! The setting is exceptional: the 270° view is simply breathtaking, a true haven of peace. The house is decorated with great taste, very well-equipped, and remarkably comfortable. Special mention for the heated pool, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Everything was impeccably clean when we arrived, and communication was smooth, warm and very attentive. A huge thank you to Karen, who is a very beautiful, caring and available person. You can feel that she puts her heart into offering an unforgettable experience to her guests. I recommend this address with my eyes closed and I sincerely hope to return soon. The house with garden is beautiful and really offers everything your heart desires. The decor is elegant, each room has air conditioning and heating, there is even a working Swedish stove. We cooked daily, Charlotte has equipped the kitchen with absolutely anything needed for it. The house is situated in the mountains and those looking for silence and seclusion are in the right place. Unfortunately, there is no shopping in the village (no bakery, no grocery store, just a butcher). The nearest shopping is in Ile-Rousse, about 30 minutes away by car. The road there or to the house is quite curvy... We really enjoyed the house and our meals on the terrace as well as the sunsets and could only recommend accommodation!

Charlotte's place is so peaceful and lovely. The cottage was spotless and had all the amenities we need. The huge private gardens and pool surrounding the place were a very nice bonus. It feels like you are miles away from everything, but it is only an 8 minute drive to the middle of Saint-Florent, and to the nearest beach. Charlotte was very helpful and responsive and gave us a lot of guidance on the local area. I would love to come back and would not hesitate to book again.

superb cottage, very functional, quiet and in the heart of the vineyards. 2 beautiful terraces, one of which is very large and well appointed. The pool is very beautiful too, with greenery and shadows around if the sun hits too much. Very welcoming hostess, who offered us the visit of her estate and the tasting of her wines.

I booked this place for my in-laws, they loved it and didn't want to leave! They loved the time in the hot tub, the dinner was delicious and hearty, the same for breakfast! It had everything you needed! In the future I will book, but for me this time 😂 A big thank you for your warm welcome, Julie who was in the stove it seems to me, Lionnel and her dad, thank you for making this experience amazing for them. we were very happy with everything! It's a super great house, the pool is pleasantly warm even when it's windy! Host was very nice! Everything worked out perfectly! The premises are gigantic, it was a very relaxing holiday! Very quiet location! Beautiful beaches are easy to reach by car. We will be happy to come back!
