Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Cortland County

The place was perfect spot for the weekend. The whole space is wide open. It was nice to look out and see the mountains. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed here while we were in town for a work trip. This was such a cozy spot with a gorgeous lake view! The rooms upstairs are a little small and the ceiling is pretty low so be aware if you have tall people in your group. Otherwise it was perfect, we'd definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The location is beautiful and the house was just as described. It was great having enough room to all stay in one place to celebrate my daughter graduating from Cornell University School of Veterinary Medicine. And, our dog was also allowed to come!

Calli's house was PERFECT! Very clean and exactly what it looked like in the pictures. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay there again!!

Just returned home from our stay at Max’s home and it was absolutely gorgeous! We had a total of 9 guests (4 adults, 3 teenagers & 2 children) and there was plenty of space for all of us! This is by far the cleanest AirBNB I have ever stayed in. Our weather unfortunately was not the best so we did spend a bit more time indoors than anticipated but that was ok with me! The fire pit right on the lake was perfect and the upstairs deck was so relaxing (especially for morning coffee). Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen & dining space was top notch. I cannot recommend this property enough! You will not be disappointed!

We flew in from Oklahoma for our son’s wedding. We had enough space for everyone to have their own space as well as 2 patios to relax and enjoy. Host never bothered us, she even accommodated the parking for my elderly mother. Sunrises on the front patio were amazing. Evening’s on the back patio was awesome. She had all the amenities we needed for our 14 month old grandson so we didn’t have to travel with it. Will keep in mind for our next trip out here.

We can’t say enough about our stay at the lake house. It was beautiful and so clean. House was well equipped with everything you would need. Having the boats and yard games at our convenience was amazing, our family loved our stay and will be back. Highly recommend.

Staying at this charming little cottage near the Finger Lakes was an absolute delight. The moment we arrived, I felt as if I’d been transported to Scandinavia, surrounded by serene natural beauty and peaceful views. The quiet sounds of nature made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Alicia was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating, making sure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Without a doubt, this is a 10 out of 10 experience, and we can’t wait to return for a longer visit to explore more of the property and the surrounding town! Thank you again!

Jagadish's house is amazing. We stayed here for my daughter's graduation and love it. It is spacious and very clean. The gardens are stunning.

This is our 3rd stay with Anne&Frank and we are booked again in October. That in itself says a lot. Their place is always pristine and they are very responsive should the need arise. The surroundings are great for just relaxing and enjoying life and venturing out in the surrounding small towns. It is our favorite place to stay in that area and we highly recommend it.

We stayed at George's place on a quick overnight and arrive late. So sad we didn't have more time to stay here. The apartmement is on the top floor so there are stairs to climb but it is just adorable and so charming! The view or Ithaca Falls from the living room windows and the sound of the falls in the morning was spectacular. Would definitely stay here again!

We originally booked Arnaud's because we were planning on traveling with our dogs. Last minute plan changes meant it would just be my son and I, but the dogs would have loved it here. The back gardens and space were lovely. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including fresh eggs! And it was convenient for our baseball tournament in Cortland.

By far one of the nicest, cleanest, and well equipped Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It also smelled amazing ! We stayed for the weekend with one of the days being a night in where we cooked dinner. The kitchen has everything you might possibly need to cook a meal. The coffee book was an adorable touch and the bathroom was squeaky clean. In fact, I don’t typically like showering at Airbnbs but this bathroom was cleaner than mine at home ! My fiancé was a big fan of the bidet lol would absolutely stay again and plan on it!

The hosts know how to do a kitchen. Beautifully done and had absolutely everything and more. The washer and dryer are a huge plus. Awesome water pressure! Quiet and peaceful. We have some favorite places in Cazenovia, and it’s a hop, skip and a jump to there. Don’t miss The Pewter Cup. Also, the Brewster Inn has the best french and onion soup, along with beautiful water views. We had a relaxing break.

Melissa is an absolutely amazing host! She not only provided some breakfast items, but also personally welcomed us in the evening with a warm introduction and thoughtful recommendations for local food and attractions. We truly loved her and appreciated everything she did for us. The house itself was incredibly cozy and filled with warmth—it’s clear that the owner has a deep love for life. There were beautiful flowers, charming decorations in every corner, and adorable Jellycat plushies that added a lovely touch. If our travel schedule had allowed, we would have loved to stay even longer.

A perfect, peaceful & pastoral stay for the night! As described and appreciated the farm store on-site as well. Beautiful views and friendly people!

Very nice stay in a quiet and peaceful location.

Charlene’s little cabin was great! We wanted somewhere we could bring our reactive dog and not have to worry about the stress of other animals. The scenic view is AMAZING. It rained during our stay, and we opened some windows and it was SO peaceful. The place was very clean and I was super impressed with the kitchen. Only thing, is there is no toaster and the toaster oven wasn’t working for me. Could have been operator error though lol. Charlene let us check in a couple hours early too, so that was great. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful little getaway I 100% recommend her place. We will be coming back in the fall. I can imagine the scenic view looking even better that time of year :)

The cabin was a great getaway for our family (dog and 5 year old included). It was exactly as described and the perfect place to unwind and get away from the busy world. Before we checked in Thomas and Shelly reached out and told us of an issue with the cabin that wouldn’t be able to be fixed before our vacation.(we had no issues with it while we were there) They were open and upfront with it and gave us the option of continuing our stay. It wasn’t a big deal to us but we were happy to have the information. We had rain in the forecast and Shelly made sure our 5 year old had plenty of activities to do inside so we didn’t have to worry about entering him. It was muddy due to the rain and they made sure we had extra towels for our dog. They went above and beyond to accommodate us with all we needed. Highly recommended staying and enjoying the cabin.

This has to be the best airbnb I've stayed in, absolutely beautiful place, had anything you could need on a trip. My girlfriend and I loved staying here and enjoyed our time immensely. Highly recommend staying here, very peaceful private place if you need quiet place to get away.

The cottage was beautiful, very clean, and stocked with so many useful things that made the stay super comfortable. The view was absolutely amazing—such a peaceful and scenic spot. Would definitely recommend!
