This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach.
