Villa holiday rentals in Costa Cálida

This villa is wonderful, perfect for a golf trip, or family vacation with lots of things to do nearby if you have a rental car. If you don't, then the kids will love the pool and the playground, and the adults will love the peaceful and private surroundings. There was an issue with the AC during our stay, but Spencer was proactive in communicating with us, compensating us and making accommodations such as fans in each room (good ones as well) to ensure we were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property!

I've already been to the house twice and it meets expectations. Perfect for a weekend with friends.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and Pavo was a wonderful host. He contacted me in the week before we arrived to check our flight times and answer any questions. He was very flexible with our check-in time and met us at the villa to give us a tour. The villa is even better than the photos and description. So peaceful, very clean, and had everything we needed. We requested that the pool be heated and it was a lovely temperature which meant the children spent a lot of time in it. I would really recommend this villa. Thank you Pavo and team!

Loved it ! Was after some peace and tranquility and simple living for a few days and this is exactly what we got . Myself and my husband felt so at home straight away . Corinne and Graham are lovely, kind people and allowed us privacy even though their bungalow was just at the bottom of our garden . The small cottage apartment is all you require for a simple break away and we spent the whole holiday in flip flops and swim wear , in and out of the wonderful pool , sun bathing , barbecuing , reading , eating and drinking … The bed is very comfy , air con is good and the shower is excellent . Thanks for a wonderful stay . We will definitely be back x

We had an amazing holiday in San Javier thanks to the fantastic villa and the support and comms offered by the team at Resort Hosts. From the point of booking through to departure, the team were extremely responsive and assisted with several queries. However, it is the app that the Resort Hosts provide which took the experience to another level! Nearly everything we needed to know and lots more we hadn't thought of was within and helped with our expectations before we even left home! All in all, an amazing experience and holiday!

Fantastic Villa centrally located in La Manga Club with amenities in walking distance. The villa was described perfectly with great views as it was high up . Would definitely recommend.

For our honeymoon we wanted something private but close to the restaurants and the city the host was super friendly and very responsive. The house was also very clean and smelled great so was the pool. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be returning!

A wonderful villa and wonderful hosts. Full exclusive use,very secure and all the mod cons. All amenities as listed and the pool/ garden area is a lovely private place to enjoy the family holiday, even better than the photos. We were 2 families of 4, loads of space and 5 minute walk to the beach and lovely little chiringuitos. Other towns such as the lovely Puerto de Mazarrón just a short drive/taxi away, sad to come home to reality, thank you for sharing your lovely home with us

We had a great time as a group of friends at the place. The pictures are accurate and we had a blast playing tennis, ping pong, and swimming in the pool. Fini was very responsive in case of questions. The location is a bit far from grocery stores (10-15 minutes walk) which can be difficult without a car in hot days. Highly recommended to rent cars (it's not expensive) as Uber or taxi is difficult to find. Car rental was cheaper than paying one way Uber from airport for us. A suggestion for the host: there were two rooms with bunk beds and 4 rooms with queen beds. It would be much more pleasant to have two single beds or queen beds instead of the bunk beds. Especially for the group of friends that are multiple couples.

What an amazing week we had in Alicante. Joana’s villa was absolutely fantastic! It comfortably accommodated our group of 12, with plenty of space for everyone. The pool was a huge hit, providing respite from the Mediterranean sun and a place to relax. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to local amenities. 5 minute walk from Aldi and a €9 taxi to the town. We highly recommend this villa for a memorable group getaway! The attention to detail in the home was admired too. Facilitating a bbq area and a games room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. What also set this villa apart was the host Joana. She was responsive, kind and easy to communicate to. We will definitely be returning! Thanks Joana

We had a fantastic stay. The host was very quick at responding and immensely helpful. Always happy to help and nothing was to much. The villa itself was a great space and provided all the amenities needed. Lovely pool and garden space. Great walking distance to the beach. Would highly recommend and we would go back. Thank you

This beautiful villa will not disappoint! It really does have the wow factor. Outdoor facilities are spectacular-the pool was very clean and well kept, the tennis courts same with fabulous flood lights to allow play late into the evening and the children really enjoyed the well kept Astro to kick around a ball. There is also a table tennis table and a putting area for golf. The cupboard in the hallway has all the equipment necessary to play these sports! The hosts really have thought of everything! The villa itself was spotless when we arrived. Kitchen is lovely and has plenty of storage and an island to sit at for snacks looking on the beautiful grounds. . Another dining area if you wish to do a more formal sit down dinner. Spacious sitting room for relaxing in the evening too again with lovely views. The host management company couldn’t do enough to help us. Any request we had (extra table tennis gear, duvets for night time or re arranged check out) were all accommodated by the office in a prompt and timely fashion. A car may be useful as the villa is over near the Las Lomas part of La Manga. I believe in normal times there is a shuttle which doesn’t run in covid times so one definitely needs to arrange their own transport to get around at the moment. Plenty of restaurants in the area to visit. We went into Los Belones and many around the La Manga resort. All in all a top vacation!

Silvia was an absolutely phenomenal host! She was so responsive and went above and beyond on any of our queries on the lead up to our stay and during our stay also. The villa was stunning and very clean, exactly as pictured and the pool was bigger than expected. The villa was extremely family friendly (we were a party with kids and babies) and everything was set up as discussed ahead of time (baby cots, highchairs and baby bath). The villa had all the amenities you would need and more! We did 3 BBQ's whilst there. The beautiful Mucha Vista beach is very close about a 10 minute walk. A Mercadona supermarket is also about 10 minute walk which had everything we needed though we did get a taxi to a Carrefour once. Silvia also helped us to make reservations at restaurants as our party was quite big! We would 100% recommend this villa and Silvia as our host!

Stian is a great host. He was very responsive to my messages both before and during the stay. The villa is beautiful and is actually even nicer than the photos! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

This was honestly the best villa I've ever been to! It was private, incredibly beautiful and so clean . The outside area is like stepping into the love island villa. The pool was huge and gorgeous. There were all different places to sit outside. Whether you're eating, socialising or even a little hut to drink in and a bbq area! jacuzzi with jets!! The pictures don't don't do it justice! I couldn't have asked for anything more from this experience. The host was the best host I've had through air bnb. Nothing was too much trouble and response times were very quick. One of the girls even left their passport in the villa and the host actually drove it to us with no questions asked!! We didn't actually want to leave the villa to explore/ go to beach clubs because nothing compared to the area we already had. If I could give the villa and host more than 5 stars I would! I've been to plenty of beautiful villas but this tops all of them hands down. It's kid friendly also not just for adults!!

The house was big and great and the outdoor areas were absolutely amazing. View straight down to the beach and with several seating areas and shelter from the sun. Sun from sunrise to good evening. Large and great pool. Nice for both small and big. Awesome in July, but with good air conditioning in bedrooms and common areas. What was better than the house was the host. Paloma was helpful both ahead of time and during the stay. She gave us the information we needed and made sure we had a nice stay. The only thing that pulls down a little bit is that Isla Plana is a bit far away from most things. It went well for us to walk to the shop 1km away but recommend having a car. This was a review that we should choose differently on, not the host's fault. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of May with my girlfriends to celebrate our 30th Birthdays. The villa was immaculate and contained all the facilities we required. Check in was very easy and we were sent clear instructions of how to use everything. We also got to stay later on our check out day which was excellent as we had a late flight home. Excellent stay, would return.

This place is amazing with a million dollar views of the sea. The owner Tano is very gracious and attentive. Looks just like the pictures.

excellent location a short drive to town ,main road ect but nice and quiet great facility's on the complex gym mini golf bar restaurant loads of play areas for the kids as for the lagoon ..wow the accommodation very clean new good size especially the basement overall an excellent place
