We had a great time! The department is 1 block from the beach! Awesome location.

The apartment has everything you need to stay, comfortable mattresses sheets and clean towels, fully equipped kitchen, meters from the sea with private entrance to the beach, an incredible view in which you can see the sunrise sitting on the armchair, clean and tidy, garage next to the elevator. It is perfectly located, you can get downtown by walking and enjoy a walk in the forest. We went as a family and had a great time. Pablo is a total boss!! Thank you Pablo !! We shall be back !!

Excellent 3-night stay by the sea We are a couple with 2 large dogs. We felt at home. It's beautiful to be resting and for everything to work perfectly, without having to worry about anything. Eugenio's apartment is excellent, nicer than the published photos. It's spacious, warm, very tidy and clean. The complex is located in a beautiful area. The mall of pinamar Norte is nearby and worth it. The beach is close to walking. Eugenio always responded quickly, although there was no need to ask for anything because everything worked well. Highly recommended.

We had a very nice time in this home. The location is excellent: in a quiet area, close to the sea and a grocery store, which was very practical. The house's layout is comfortable and functional, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. The courtyard with trees gives it a special charm, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Once we turned on the salamander and the stoves, the temperature was maintained very well and we were very comfortable. The host was always available for any questions and both check-in and check-out were very comfortable, both in time and manner. Definitely an option to return.

Bautista's place is excellent: spacious, well equipped and perfect for accommodating up to 8 people comfortably. We were greeted with a wine and some snacks, a good detail for arrival. Bautista was always very attentive and responded immediately to our queries. In addition, it was very flexible with check-in times, allowing us to enter several hours earlier than stipulated. A highly recommended place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The stay at the house of Marcelo and Andres was impeccable, the house has everything to rest, feel at home and an amazing grill. Very friendly hosts, they allowed us to check out late without any problems. The house is very quiet, it is close to the beach and the super. Everything can be done by foot. The best accommodation in Costa Esmeralda! Perfectly clean. The house is new and well equipped, everything is there. The hosts are very responsive. 5 minutes' walk to the beach. The location is perfect ! We always feel at home here. I want to go back again, and again.

Laura was an amazing hostess—always attentive and available to answer any questions or concerns we had. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for the six of us who stayed there. The central heating worked perfectly, and the water pressure in the showers was excellent—small details that made a big difference. The decor is beautiful, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere throughout the house. We also really enjoyed the large garden, which gave us plenty of space to relax, and the parrilla (barbecue grill) was very useful for outdoor meals. The access to the property is easy, and the area is very well secured, which made us feel safe at all times. The good condition of the roads also made it easy to get to both Cariló and Pinamar. I honestly can’t wait to come back and enjoy this wonderful place again. Thank you for everything, Laura!

Very nice apartment, spacious and with very nice decoration. It has a privileged view and is very well equipped. I highly recommend it to spend a few days off near the sea.

The apartment and the impeccable building! Very comfortable and is as shown in the photos of the publication, very few meters from the beach, the bedroom is very comfortable, it is excellent that it has 2 bathrooms with showers, the terrace a 10. Javier was a genius, he was always very attentive from before getting there, during the stay and until we left the depto. We will definitely be back.

Everything is great

A lovely place for a family beach vacation! The apartment was a great size for us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent, and it was a perk to have beach service included. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool on rainy days, and the covered garage was also a bonus! I would definitely recommend staying here!
