Our house is close to the sea, beaches and the bus stop, where you can catch the bus that takes you to Playa Blanca in 5 minutes. It is the perfect place for relaxing holidays for couples or families with kids, and a wonderful temperature also during winter. The outdoor patio is well protected against the wind. The house is fully equipped with TV, WiFi, barbecue, heated swimming pool, and furnished as comfortable as possible, as this is where we spend our holidays, when we come to Lanzarote.

The living area merges with a sliding glass door into an east-facing terrace with garden views. Furthermore there is a sun spot surrounded by a natural stone wall, wind-protected and south-facing sun square as well as a small terrace with a brick barbecue.

We have a heated pool which is always held to 29 degrees minimum.
