Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Costa del Sol Occidental

We can only really agree 100% with all the other very positive reviews here of Jon-Paul's apartment. It's a very comfortable apartment, a family home, so not sterile like some corporate places and very well equipped (good TV, Alexa, air-con, very nice quiet washing machine etc). As every review states, the terrace is amazing, if the sun is out you will get it! Jon-Paul's communication was exceptional throughout and the location of the apartment means you are literally 2 mins from the train station and the supermarket and 5 mins from the Paseo and the beach. The only issue we had was when the power went down in the whole of Spain and Portugal but we can't really hold Jon-Paul responsible for that! We have stayed in approx 20 apartments in the Los Boliches/Torreblanca area over the last 10 years or so and Jon-Paul's is probably the one we would be most likely to try to book again. Recommended!

Lovely, clean and spacious apartment, well equipped with everything we needed for a fantastic holiday. Situated in a beautiful area with easy access to the beach, local shops, restaurants and supermarkets, all within walking distance. The complex is easy to find, just off the main A-7 with plenty of parking outside. The grounds are stunning, well maintained and there are 5 pools to choose from. We would definitely recommended this apartment and will certainly return.

Excellent séjour chez Sergei !!! Grande flexibilité pour les horaires d'arrivée comme de départ, que nous avons modifiés... Avec encore nos remerciements pour votre souplesse !! L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à la description. Il est bien équipé, juste au bord de la plage dans une résidence calme et typique, à 100 mètres du port. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances avec une location à un prix tout à fait raisonnable pour son emplacement. Merci beaucoup !!!!

This is a pretty little apartment within a beautiful private setting. It is in a secure gated development with lots of good restaurants nearby. Positioned on a hill allows for amazing views and sunsets but it might be a bit steep for anyone with mobility issues. This apartment provides privacy and tranquility.

Geweldig appartement met alle gemakken en luxe! Beide slaapkamers zijn voorzien van een 2-persoonsbed, douche en WC. Het terras is heerlijk. Strand nagenoeg voor de deur en op loopafstand van de drukte van Carihuela als je dat wilt opzoeken. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

I have traveled all over Portugal and Spain for the last 8 weeks and stayed in my fair share or Airbnb's. This one is the best I have stayed in. This felt like a home the minute i walked in. Everything a traveler needs or can think of was there and available. The host David is an excellent communicator and all necessary information was given well ahead of check in time. The location is perfect, close to the train and bus station and the new bridge plus old town. Ronda is a very pleasant and compact town where you can walk everywhere. I would give this Airbnb 10 starts if it was possible.

The apartment is clean and adequately furnished. The bed linen and towels were first class and changed frequently. Housekeeping provided by Maria Jesus was excellent. The large terrace shifted the score up to 5 stars.

Walter is a wonderful and accommodating host. His communication was clear and efficient and kind. We did self check in and it was so easy. The apt was perfect for 2 people for our 1 night stay and we would have loved to stay longer, and will definitely be back. Walter has upgraded the unit to include usb charging ports and a nice towel heating rack in the bathroom. Very cool!

Soe Hoo is lovely, very responsive. Place is beautiful, just like pictures. Apartment block is very modern, luxury feel with friendly concierge. Fantastic view, right next to the rock. 5 mins walk from the nearest beach. Little restaurant downstairs which is open until 10pm and reasonably priced. A bit of a distance from main attractions (cable cars, main street, st michael’s cave etc), but not an issue for me as I enjoy walking (all around 30-40 minutes walk) but there are buses that stop right outside that will take you right there or very close in 5-10 minutes. (Note: some buses only take cash! So bring change) Loved the amenities, TV was modern and has every app you would need, including Apple Airplay. Coffee was great, left some pods for the washing machine which was nice. Fully functional kitchen. Would recommend!

One of the best Airbnbs that we’ve stayed in! The apartment is located in an attractive block of all rental flats so has a member of staff on reception all day. As a result, check-in was easy & we were able to leave our luggage after we checked out. The apartment is quite excellent. It is very smart & was beautifully clean. The layout is good and the bed has a memory foam mattress that was wonderfully comfortable. It is located ion the edge of the historic centre so the best sights are within easy walking distance. We would definitely book again & recommend to friends without hesitation.
