This place was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Derek was a great host and very responsive and informative with his instructions. It was the perfect townhouse, location, experience, and environment for a getaway!

Cherie’s condo was perfect for our stay, and she was a wonderful host, responding to our questions quickly and offering suggestions for our stay. Her place is spotlessly clean and in a great area, close enough to take day trips to both San Diego and the LA area, with excellent proximity to gorgeous beaches and great restaurants. If we ever get back to the area, we would definitely stay in Cherie’s place again!

Williams place was as described . No cat fishing. It was clean , great location, spacious and had great views. We loved the wood ceilings and the layout. The view from the balcony was so peaceful .

Great place to stay! Super short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and coffee. Description in listing was spot on. House is located on a busy street with lots of nightlife on the weekends (as stated in description). We always bring a white noise machine and noise cancelling ear plugs so wasn’t a huge deal for our family. I definitely got a great leg workout in going up and down the stairs haha! But the space was comfy and we spent most of time on the beach anyway! The host was incredibly responsive with any questions and provided detailed instructions. Would definitely book again!

Stayed here for a wedding with friends and it was great! Would stay here again if I’m in the area!

Perfect space for our Disneyland vacation (myself, husband, and two adult sons). Spacious, comfortable, and close walk to Downtown Disney! Median between the one-way north and south directions on Walnut Street made it easy to cross and get to Magic Way! Decorations adorable and lots of toys amenities for younger children! Great to be able to enter Disneyland via Monorail and avoid crowds at front entrance! Would definitely stay here again!

We originally planned to stay for a month but my house was not ready to move in, so extended for 2 more weeks. Wilson & Leona are great hosts, very friendly and always responsive. Their place is very quiet, clean and safe in a gated community. Great location, walking distance to an Asian plaza nearby, Pizza Hut, KFC and CVS also available in that plaza. On weekends, you can enjoy shopping at a fair market just outside the Nogales high school, which is just located across the street, not mention Mexican BBQ also available there on weekend nights! Last, lots of Chinese food available nearby and 99 Ranch supermarket just 5 mins drive if you love Chinese cuisine!

The place and the contents/amenities matched the description in the listing. This was a clean, comfortable and roomy place that was fully equipped for our stay, though there was no working dishwasher as we were told it was being replaced. There are a surprisingly large number of baby items like a high chair, playpen and changing table, as well as a kids safety gate for the stairs to the 2nd floor. Also, the owner has curated an interesting collection of books and board games. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is set in a nice green setting of a condo complex. The surrounding streets are also quiet and walkable. Please read the description on parking, as it is a very tight space in a shared 2 car garage. The best part is quick and easy access to the highways. Marry was super responsive to messages. All in all, if I need an Airbnb in the same area, the first local listing I'd look for is Marrys place.

Jacinda was a great host! We booked very last minute and she was extremely accommodating for all of our needs and very responsive to make sure we had everything we needed in a timely manor. Will definitely be booking here again if we are back in the area. Highly recommend!

Nice property, clean, comfy, huge TV with lots of channels available, quiet area of neighborhood, nice pools and gym

Gabriel was a great host very communicative and friendly. Allowed us to check in early and was a phone call away. The place was very nice and clean I would highly recommend staying here it’s right by a lot of beaches and restaurants. Can’t wait to be back in July

although some small areas had damage like small door handle holes in walls, bedframe marks in some of the bedrooms, some windows missing screens and one window not being able to close, the house has an amazing layout and is able to accommodate 8 guests in beds and 2 more in a pullout couch downstairs. and it was perfect for me and my family. I will note also that spiders were fairly common during my stay and the master bathroom shower was not draining properly while the water was running. other than these very small things I loved the parking and location and will definitely stay here again.

Stephan's place was great! Centrally located, close to downtown Fullerton with lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Also next to a beautiful park. The unit was clean and welcoming, it was quiet, had a private garage, great air-conditioning and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Stephan was the ultimate host - thoughtful and proactive with instructions and ensuring that we got into the unit okay. I highly recommend both the unit and the host!

Great condo and location! Clean, organized, and well positioned. I enjoyed the peace and quiet that the condo offered. It was also close to shops, restaurants, and many outdoor activities. The team was responsive, informative, and thorough in their communicate and engagement with me. Everything was easy. Johnny I look forward to my next visit.

John was a very responsive host and very friendly, though we didn't interact much during our stay, I always knew if I needed anything he would be extremely responsive. My only gripe about the house is the cleanliness. The house was generally clean and comfortable, however, there were a lot of spiderwebs everywhere, some mold can be seen in the showers and in the dishwasher. My family and I were not able to utilize the back yard at all because there were a lot of spiderwebs and bugs. Overall, the stay was nice and comfortable, and even though we shared the same house as the host, we had our privacy. The location was perfect, less than 10 minutes away from the Little Saigon area and 15 min to Disneyland!

It was our second time staying with Kye and as expected it was exceptional! Property was as advertised, he is always prompt with his response and willing to give a helping hand. We had an extra vehicle and he was able to help us secure a second spot without a charge. Truly the experience you would want from a host. Wishing you well Kye! Hope to visit again soon!

Julia was a great host as she was very accommodating and quick to respond. The place was clean and exactly as it appeared in the photos. Check in process was easy. I also liked that the area was gated as it felt more secure. The location was convenient as it was central to everything. I would definitely recommend this place.

The property was in a great location walkable to shops and restaurants. Kyle was a great host, recommending a local bakery for a birthday cake which was amazing. The property has every amenity you would need. Would definitely stay in any of Kyles properties again.

What a great find! She did a great job renovating this property. All the little details were well thought-out and this house was 10x better than staying in a local hotel. Downtown Fullerton is walking distance. We were very happy with our stay!

From the time of booking Anna was the most amazing host. Quick and responsive with my questions and when we were going to arrive early, she allowed us to store our bags in the garage, 3 hours ahead of check in time so we could go shopping. (Such a kind gesture!) The space was private, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, especially after 5 days of being in a hotel, the space was fantastic!! When it comes to Disneyland, you can’t go past this property! After a 15 hour day, the walk home was safe, lit up and only 10-15min walk to Downtown Disney. (Hot tip - check into the park at the Monorail, it will save another 10mins of walking and queuing up at the gates). On our 2nd & 3rd day we came home for lunch, rest & swim then returned around 5pm - such a convenient location! Beds were so comfy, aircon great and the kids had a great time in the pool. I can’t recommend this property enough. Thank you Anna, I will be recommending your property to anyone travelling your way!

Overall the experience was great! Beautiful, spacious kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. Cute decor. The host was very easy to work with and responsive.

We had a great stay at David’s place. It’s really spacious and tastefully decorated. It was a nice touch to have in house toiletries, and a cupboard with tea and oil and all the little things that make you feel at home. The location is perfect, one street back from Newport beach which is stunning. There’s enough room for a few couples or two families to feel like they’re at home and have lots of space. The cute terrace is great too. There are loads of nearby restaurants - some easily walkable. We loved our stay!

The space, location, and garage parking where ideal for my stay. I would stay again next time I’m in the area.
