wow just wow.. we are absolutely in love with Quitandinha. We had an amazing time, we got to relax and spend time with our relatives that we haven't seen in 25 years so the place made it extra special. Dona Cida and seu Belchior, no words to describe them, we actually became friends and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this airbnb. Phill was very attentive and replied to my questions within minutes. Thank you Quitandinha for the best 6 days of my life.

The house is impeccable, exactly like the photos! Simone, who is responsible for taking care of the house and receiving the guests, was EXTREMELY kind and helpful even before check-in. It's worth every penny to hire her services! The view from the house is sensational, the whole land itself a delight! But we ended up making the mistake of following WAZE and ended up on a dirt road that would shorten the stretch but due to the rain it was impossible to pass, as there is zero lighting or cell phone signal! You have to follow the house instructions that Simone sends before the stay, the signs or GOOGLE MAPS!

My parents and I had a wonderful stay! We really liked the house, the space and the quiet. Adriana is a super host, she welcomed us and received us very well. The house is very accessible, the dirt road is short, very quiet, we had no problems getting there. The kitchen is very equipped. In addition to the natural pool, which is beautiful and very nice.

First, the bad things: 1. The housekeeper was finishing the cleaning at 6:30 pm; 2. The suite outside the house needs renovation, there was moisture on the walls; 2. At 11:20 am, the housekeeper came to charge us for leaving the property, I almost died of fright; 3. Dirty bathroom mats. 4. Some pillows are stained, but 70% of them are clean. Good things: 1. The interior of the house matches the photos; 2. Polite housewife; 3. House without a musty smell; 4. Fireplace with good smoke flow; 5. We feel that the house is a home. 6. Fred is looking to make the house better every day for the rental. 7. Very beautiful place with outdoor fun, and safe. We would be back.

The cottage is very cozy, with all the necessary utensils making the stay very comfortable. We arrived unintentionally before the scheduled time, Dayvid was super helpful, because I misunderstood the check-in time. Both before arriving and during the stay, the host was always very helpful, answering questions and giving directions. The chalet is very high, making it possible to have a panoramic view of the region, the place is simply AMAZING! Very beautiful, we saw the sunrise, the sunset, many animals of the fauna of the Mantiqueira mountain range are close to the chalet. I highly recommend the place for people looking for peace, quiet and tranquility, it is a very isolated place in the middle of nature, far from the big city... The city of Gonçalves and Córrego De Bom Jesus, has many places in the middle of nature to visit, such as peaks, rocks, viewpoints and waterfalls. In addition to craft breweries, typical foods and handicrafts. We would definitely come back...

Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a dear. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

For those of you who are looking for a quiet place in Campos do Jordão, this is the right place. It is on a cul-de-sac, with easy access. Next to Capivari. The condominium is great, very well structured. The apartment is as in the photos, very spacious, clean and with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very helpful, always responding quickly. They left us several treats, which made us feel at home! 10 stars!

We had a wonderful experience at the apartment, I recommend and I will definitely return! Very cozy, close to everything, a relaxing atmosphere with a wonderful view. You don't have to worry about anything, it has iron and ironing board, basic cooking utensils, we caught rain one day and we didn't bring the umbrella, but it even did! Very pleasant environment, prepared in the smallest details, from the cordial reception of the caretaker Reginaldo to the wine and coffee capsules provided by the host. The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is exactly as in the photos — spacious, very well maintained, with very comfortable beds and pillows, airy environments and a great outdoor area. Super complete kitchen! The pool is delicious, perfect for group rest moments. Everything was very clean and organized when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet and the location was excellent for what we needed. The hosts were extremely attentive, helpful and welcoming from the first contact. We loved the house! Our stay was great! Spacious, comfortable and organized house! All of us mainly children love heated pool! Full kitchen we don't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, potable filtered water (no need to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with the tent assembly! We missed some more beach chairs to be made available, but it went well because we used the chairs of the beach stalls! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, slide in the pool that there was no time to enjoy everything! Tv didn't even have time to call! Dayane is a great host, responds quickly by being very polite always, gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!

The stay was great, Jorge is an excellent host and communicates very well, the house is exactly as described. It is not a modern house, but it is a very cozy and spacious house. A special mention goes to Rosangela, who is always willing to help and always in a good mood. I recommend it!

The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and super well equipped. The house keepers were super helpful. Me and my family spent quite a lot of time by the pool, enjoying the garden. We had a bbq, used the sauna and really enjoyed our time there overall. Many trips to the beach and local waterfalls were also a highlight
