Apartment just like the photos, we liked it a lot. Lucas is away as advertised, but it's a good place. We really liked it and we will definitely be back.

The accommodation is amazing with a wonderful view. I loved staying there and I definitely intend to return. Everything was perfect. Clean space and it's identical to the photos. The host gave great tips on places and tours and that helped a lot.

I loved it, I intend to return. I only went for a quick visit to the Book Biennial, but I loved the space, completely cozy and clean, with a wonderful view, I fell in love. Dimitri is a very dear person, he answered all my questions and even did me a great favor, I needed to leave my suitcase before check-in time and he soon volunteered to pick it up and keep it until my return. Easy access to places, no problems with Uber, I highly recommend the apartment, it makes you feel at home.

I can’t even put into words how amazing Alessandra’s place was. We were so sad to leave because we fell in love with the location, views and everything that was amazing about this stay. The neighborhood power went out briefly for some construction and Alessandra was very communicative and proactive in helping us know when the power was back on. We felt incredibly safe and at home. The amazing attention to detail and the little things like some full candy jars, amazing tea were very appreciated. The place was very clean from the bathroom, to the bedroom and kitchen. Did I mention the views! It truly was a slice of heaven. We will be back again! I would highly recommend this place. It was my best Airbnb experience. Thank you Alessandra!!!

Location exactly matches listing photos. The residence is extremely clean, with impeccable bed and bath linens, and well equipped with appliances and utensils. Supplied with extras (soap, trash bag, cleaning products, coffee capsules and chocolate). Marcos is a friendly host and quick to respond.

Felipe gave us very complete and organized instructions from the moment we made the reservation. During the stay, he and Elton were very helpful and responded to messages super fast - they even lent us a coffee filter and flour that we forgot to bring hahaha The house is wonderful, very well maintained and clean - super well-equipped kitchen and plenty of blankets for the cold days we faced. The garden is impeccable, all well thought out and planned for moments of rest and contemplation. The waterfall near the house is also wonderful and easily accessible. We had a blast lighting the fire Elton prepared for us! Finally, the house dogs, who kept our Caramela company every day, were very docile and pleasant. I highly recommend it for those looking for days of rest in a beautiful place like this! Thank you Felipe and Elton!

Romain's house is beautiful and the location is excellent, the walk is really very short, from the parking lot indicated to the house it is a 5-minute walk through a very quiet passage, a small part of it on sand and a good part on cement floor. It is a very large house, the rooms are separated from the social area, this makes it very easy in everyday life, if someone wants to sleep earlier, the rest can continue talking and having fun without disturbing. There is a small beach down the deck of the house and it was quite empty the days I was at the house. Be sure to visit Praia das Bicas, simply sensational and you can go on foot, a little longer walk, but nothing too much. Gal, who welcomed us, was always available and helped us with what we needed.

We arrived unintentionally before the scheduled time, Dayvid was super helpful, because I misunderstood the check-in time. The chalet is very high, making it possible to have a panoramic view of the region, the place is simply AMAZING! Very beautiful, we saw the sunrise, the sunset, many animals of the fauna of the Mantiqueira mountain range are close to the chalet. I highly recommend the place for people looking for peace, quiet and tranquility, it is a very isolated place in the middle of nature, far from the big city... The city of Gonçalves and Córrego De Bom Jesus, has many places in the middle of nature to visit, such as peaks, rocks, viewpoints and waterfalls. In addition to craft breweries, typical foods and handicrafts. We would definitely come back...

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again haha but everything was perfect thank you

Ademir is an extremely kind and thoughtful host! We were very well received and he gave us valuable tips, especially on where to dine — which made all the difference in our experience. The apartment is excellent, exactly as in the pictures: very clean, organized and comfortable. We had an unforeseen on the way — a road accident delayed us by about 4 hours, and we ended up needing to stay overnight in Uberaba. We warned Ademir that we would not be able to arrive that day, and he, very generously, offered to reimburse the lost rate or to grant us an extra night at no cost. We declined, of course, as we understand that the setback was not his responsibility, but this attitude demonstrates the kind of person and host he is: whole, understanding, and generous. I highly recommend hosting and we will certainly be back!
