Warm reception by Noelia and partner. Wonderful delicacies. Apartment was very clean. Good bed, lovely terrace, is in a car noisy street close to several restaurants. Noelia is always available and gives good tips. Vvv is just around the corner for all kinds of information. When we come back to Aviles, we will definitely stay here again.

The accommodation itself is fantastic. As seen in the images: clean, complete, comfortable and cozy. Very good communication to visit a multitude of places in the area. With supermarket and gas station nearby. And Daniel's treatment, exquisite. Very good communication, always attentive to everything. And with some welcome details that are appreciated.

For five days it's great, having a single room and two bathrooms was very comfortable. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. And it's close to the highway/highway exit.

This place is a slice of heaven. The house was spotless, the view absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a hike. We truly enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful, and the property looked exactly like the photos. Waking up to beautiful morning views with horses grazing was magical. would definetly recommend and stay again.

Dreamy house, it was very well equipped, clean and beautiful, in a quiet area where only the birds could be heard in the morning when waking up. We had a great time at Maria's place. The house is practically new, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. You can tell that it is thought out in detail to make you feel at home: from the kitchenware to the small details that the hostess has had, all very careful. We especially want to thank Maria for her close and friendly treatment, always making sure that we were comfortable and with a great flexibility that made our stay even easier, something that we value very much. The house is very comfortable, bright, quiet and is located in an ideal area to get to know the area. We definitely recommend the stay and we won't hesitate to return if the opportunity arises. We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. A lovely little apartment for a couple of nights stop in Suances, Carlos was very helpful and gave great instructions to find and access the apartment, nice little garden for our dog. Very comfortable bed

We had an excellent 3 night stay in Pilars beautiful apartment right in the centre of town. Pilar gave us several restaurant recommendations, one being La Sifoneria (20 metres away), it was so good we eat there every night! We cannot recommend Pilars apartment highly enough.

The stay at Teresa's was a great experience all around. The accommodation is very nicely furnished and superbly equipped, we lacked nothing and we felt right at home. The view from the accommodation is impressive. The area is quiet and you have your privacy. There are many possibilities to do something in the area and Teresa gave us valuable tips. We will be happy to come back!

A great place to rest and rest of the city.. The casita is equipped with everything you need to enjoy it for a few days... Aixa's attention to been perfect, very helpful and friendly..and even years I give a piece of cake that had made hehe... Place to repeat without a doubt ...

Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, central, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a swimming pool, although you can park well in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From the first minute we felt at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, having availability they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We will definitely repeat. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope we see each other again soon.

We recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Raquel's apartment. It is perfectly located with great views towards the Picos and we particularly enjoyed watching the horses and two foals in the field at the back and watching and listening to the cows and their bells in the other field. It was very soothing. The apartment is a good size and being decorated in a minimalist style, there is a lot of space to enjoy along with a very big balcony. The wifi speed is good and the bed comfortable. We were driving in our own car having travelled by ferry and the house and large drive is very secure so perfect to pack up for our return journey. Some of the roads are a little narrow (depends on your car) but we found the easiest way in and out is to turn sharp left out of the drive and then right at the bottom and left towards the main road - no problem. You definitely need a car to explore but the benefits are that you can enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hustle of the town. A good stay.
