Jean-Marc’s place is exactly as it was described. It was beautifully appointed and great care was obviously taken during the remodeling and furnishing. As a result, the apartment was a comfortable and serene retreat. The location is ideal for exploring both the old city and for excursions to the shoreline, a short block from the apartment. Convenient to the Gare, the apartment is ideally situated for travelers who are arriving by rail. As perfect as the apartment was, what really made our visit special was the attenitiveness and responsiveness of Jean-Marc. They checked on us regularly to ensure that we had settled in well and that we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The building was equipped with a lift, very helpful for carrying luggage. The apartment had excellent air conditioning, a necessity in Nice. We would certainly stay again.

Location, location, location! Fabulous modern, well equipped, quiet apt for two couples, overlooking the citadel. Loved the balcony with great view. Walkable to everything! Host very responsive. Plenty of good restaurants by sea in walking distance. TI one block away was very helpful. Bakery there also with bread and ready made sandwiches. Took Uber, bus and train to other towns easily-better than having a car. We can’t wait to return.

This place lived up to the high expectations of the listing and other guest reviews. Dom was very responsive and helpful from check-in to the end of our stay. The home and its views were incredible. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and home - everything felt incredibly safe. The very short walk to the grocery store was a big plus for us and we got food there daily for meals and snacks. Would love to come back in the future and sit overlooking the bay in the evenings again.

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

The apartment is superbly appointed and extremely clean. Juice, water, milk, wine and pain au chocolat were served as a welcome. The train station and the beach are about ten minutes away on foot, and the center of the old town can be reached in just two minutes. Since the apartment is located in a side street, it is still quiet at night. Despite the heat, the temperature in the apartment was pleasant. However, there is also an air conditioner, which I have rarely used. Marielle is a very friendly and helpful host who responds quickly to messages. At the end of my stay, she even drove me to the train station, which was a great relief in the heat, as I didn't have to walk with my suitcase.

Cyrille was really friendly and responsive and the studio was clean and well equipped. The views were absolutely gorgeous and would highly recommend this stay.

We came 4 years ago with my wife and for this getaway with my son, the accommodation and hospitality of Thomas were again perfect. The apartment is luxurious and is just waiting for you to relax with its breathtaking view. A stone's throw from Monaco, it offers the pleasure of resting wonderfully after wandering through the fabulous Monegasque city or on the coastal path. Thomas' addresses are always great. Don't hesitate for a second.

Jerome’s place is absolutely perfect: the place is spacious (more than anticipated), with comfortable seemingly brand -new furniture, impeccably clean, and located just a half block from the main square and the entrance the historic walled city. He is very friendly and wanted to make everything was just right. I had an amazing stay. Tip: the local 655 bus is the easiest, most practical, way to visit St. Paul de Vence and Cagnes-sur-Mer—much easier than trying to drive and park. But it’s confusing is the right ticket so I downloaded the app to use.

We were very well received, the environment is very quiet, and relaxing. A little extra for the coffee bean machine, it is a very valuable piece of equipment for us. The bioclimatic pergola allows you to stay outside at all hours. I would recommend Stephane's place

Stunning home in an incredible town. Great launching pad for stellar hiking. My wife and I really enjoyed the home. Some notable features are the stocked kitchen, tasteful art/decor, and pool. Thanks to Walter for hosting.

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

John's apartment was the perfect base for a week in the riviera with a young child. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day, taking advantage of the beautiful view, and finished most days with a dip in the pool. The bus stop outside was ideal for trips to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco, while a short walk past the port took us to the train station for Antibes and Cannes. The apartment was well-appointed, and John was very helpful in coordinating retrieval of a toy our son had dropped onto the balcony below. Alex, the agent, was also on hand to provide local travel advice. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - thanks!

A magnificent apartment with a large roof terrace and magnificent views. I could easily have stayed in the apartment for longer. From the apartment, you can walk to the beach and center of Cannes in about 20 minutes. The host was nice and gave clear instructions. I recommend this place to anyone traveling to Cannes.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here

The apartment right on the beach was simply wonderful. Everything was furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt very comfortable there. The landlords were super nice. Communication in advance was also fast and very helpful. We had a great time and can fully recommend the place. We will be happy to come back.
