Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cote d'Azur

L’appartement est bien placé : le bus 98 passe tout près (arrêt Château de l’Anglais) et permet d’aller à la vieille ville en 10 minutes. Jolie piscine dans la résidence, très agréable après les journées de marche . Et le top, la vue de l’appartement, on ne s’en lasse pas !

Our stay here was wonderful. The apartment is stunning with high ceilings, beautiful furnishings and the most amazing view from its terrace. One thing to mention though is that the second bedroom is quite small. Certainly big enough for two children but a “tight fit” for two adults. The location of the apartment is fantastic, a 10 minute walk to the port with the tram to both the centre of the city and the airport starting and ending there. Vassil is a great host. He answered any questions that we had within minutes and provided some great recommendations of places to eat and drink. Highly recommended.

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und äußerst sauber. Zur Begrüßung gab es Saft, Wasser, Milch, Wein und Pain au Chocolat. Zu Fuß ist man in etwa zehn Minuten am Bahnhof und am Strand, und das Zentrum der Altstadt ist in nur zwei Minuten erreichbar. Da die Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße liegt, ist es nachts trotzdem ruhig. Trotz der Hitze war die Temperatur in der Wohnung angenehm. Es ist jedoch auch eine Klimaanlage vorhanden, die ich aber nur selten gebraucht habe. Marielle ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die schnell auf Nachrichten antwortet. Am Ende meines Aufenthalts hat sie mich sogar mit dem Auto zum Bahnhof gebracht, das war bei der Hitze eine große Erleichterung, da ich so nicht mit meinem Koffer laufen musste.

Safe, clean and easy!! Constantine made it easy for us and helped me out when I struggled a bit getting to Aéroport! He is a 5 star host!!

Cyrille was really friendly and responsive and the studio was clean and well equipped. The views were absolutely gorgeous and would highly recommend this stay.

We spent a week here and it was fantastic! We had breakfast on the patio each morning, and wine and cheese before dinner. There is a store within walking distance. From the apartment we explored Villefrance, Monaco, the Monte Carlo casino, Eze and all of Nice. It was walkable into old town, other restaurant districts and the beach clubs, but if older it may be taxing its . We did it often because enjoy the walk and worked off all the food and wine. We took Ubers into places wanted to go for day trips, but there is a bus right in front of the property if want to cut costs on rides. The apartment was clean and very cool downstairs with kitchen basics. The bathroom was beautiful and also spotless. The bedroom was a tad warmer, but we pointed the fan to the bed and fell right to sleep after long day and late nights. There is a washer with dryer below the apartment and it was great going home with clean clothes. The entire trip was perfect and staying here made it even more great!!

This was a great little apartment in the Old town, conveniently close to the train station, beaches and the market. The amenities were fantastic, equipped with an AC, full stove with oven and washing machine. Some wall sockets even had universal plugs in them which was very handy. There is even beach equipment to use like umbrellas and mats. Pascal was very easy to communicate with and offered a lot of help. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Mid-century magnificence! Before arriving, we had pretty high expectations because it looked so stunning in the photos, but actually being here for 5 days has just been so wonderful. It’s been relaxing, restorative and inspiring. The juxtaposition between nature and architecture is simply sublime - creating a very pleasing experience and a holiday we did not want to break the spell from. Walking downstairs each morning to the view of the mountains was just so good for the soul. And to find a friendly bar next door that served wood-fired pizzas on a Friday night - well, what more can you want?! We cannot wait to return.

This home was absolutely perfect. Without a doubt the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. There were 8 of us (two families of 4 with small kids) and the house was never crowded. They even had a kids room for our children to play in. The view was spectacular and the infinity pool was just the cherry on top. The pool was warm and the kids spent hours everyday swimming while we relaxed in the loungers. The property even has a bocce ball court. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything anyone would need while on vacation. The hosts were also incredible. They were so friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. This home was truly the highlight of our trip to the South of France.

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

John's apartment was the perfect base for a week in the riviera with a young child. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day, taking advantage of the beautiful view, and finished most days with a dip in the pool. The bus stop outside was ideal for trips to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco, while a short walk past the port took us to the train station for Antibes and Cannes. The apartment was well-appointed, and John was very helpful in coordinating retrieval of a toy our son had dropped onto the balcony below. Alex, the agent, was also on hand to provide local travel advice. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - thanks!

Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und gut informiert. Dss Appartement besitzt einen schönen Balkon mit gutem Sonnenschutz und Blick auf das Meer. Ein Parkplatz im Parkhaus war im Preis inbegriffen. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Upea asunto jossa on iso kattoterassi ja mahtavat maisemat. Asunnossa olisi viihtynyt helposti pidempäänkin. Asunnolta käveli noin 20 minuutissa Cannesin rantaan ja keskustaan. Majoittaja oli mukava ja antoi selkeät ohjeet. Suosittelen tätä kohdetta kaikille Cannesiin matkustaville.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Konum olarak mükemmel. Her yere yürüyüş mesafesi olması, etrafında birçok restaurant ve barların olması büyük avantaj. Ev yeni dekore edilmiş ve çok temiz. Balkonunda oturmak çok keyifli. Evde ana banyo ve tuvaletin yanı sıra Ebeveyn odasında da tuvalet ve banyo olması çok rahatlatıcı. Salon ve mutfak tüm imkanları sunuyor. Tekrar Cannes seyahatimde mümkünse tekrar kalmak isterim. Bu imkanları sunduğu için Judy ye çok teşekkür ederim

Tout était parfait : logement joli et bien équipé. Terrasse bien appréciable .belles prestations. Location parfaite . Remerciements à Yvan très réactif . Seul bémol , la chambre a l’étage est en fait une mezzanine fermée sans porte .

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here

Das Appartement direkt am Strand war einfach wundervoll. Alles war mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren super nett. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schnell und sehr hilfreich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
