Great property with a great view! This property was furnished better than most other properties I have rented. I would highly recommend this property.

Doug’s place was a welcome retreat for our extended family for Thanksgiving 2024. We had seven adults and 6 kids - all had an amazing time. Here are some things we really liked about Doug’s place: 1. The kitchen was spacious and squeaky clean. There were loads of appliances and helpful kitchen tools to use. Our family was able to prepare our entire Thanksgiving meal in the bright, spacious, and well-equipped space. 2. The huge dining room table easily fit our large party. We loved the dark wood and the contemporary benches to complement our holiday feast. There was also additional seating at the kitchen bar. Lots of room to entertain. 3. The kids, aged 8-16, loved playing in the basement game room. Pool, foosball, basketball, and a large device-compatible screen. The television also has many streaming services. Lots of seating and sports for lounging. The six kids loved it. 4. The hot tub was a nice touch on the cool days and nights. The tub could hold 8 adults easily. Fun times!

We take a family vacation every year and this was our favorite place we've stayed. Everything about it was perfect for us. Secluded but two minutes from everything. The house was beautiful and clean; lots of room for everyone. The basement was perfect for the kids. I cannot say enough about how wonderful of a stay this was. The host was great, too!

Absolutely beautiful home and the view is breathtaking. Our son enjoyed the outdoor game and we all enjoyed the hot tub. I would stay here every single time we are in the area. Thank you for hosting our family.

Beautiful property, great location, and wonderful property managers. This place is beautiful, peaceful, and plenty of options for 2 people or families. Loved the lake access with dock, pool, and game room. Will definitely book here again.

A lovely home with rocking chairs on the deck and enclosed porch, a large kitchen, streaming television, comfortable beds, and plenty of bathrooms. One of those rare locations at which pets are welcome. Great place for a multi-family getaway!

I can't say enough about how inviting the Lodge is. So clean and spacious--we felt right at home. Cindy answered any questions we had quickly. We will definitely be back, and would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone. Thank you Cindy for making our stay in Gamaliel so wonderful.

A great central location for motorcycle day-trips. Plenty of parking. Lots of well-designed space and a well equipped kitchen. This was a real winner for us.

great stay, lots of space

Description and pics matched the listing. We did stay during a week of bad weather. We used the garage with the concrete slab as a place of shelter during the tornado sightings and big storms over us. Afterward, sleep was the highlight. All of the adrenaline from storm preparations and warnings made the body and brain tired. Slept very well and pulled out the next day as, it was the end of our stay. Would highly recommend Harvey’s place.

We had such a nice time staying here. It’s a large, lovely place with a big deck to take in the sunsets. We were lucky enough to watch the eclipse from the lawn, a once in a lifetime event! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a lake escape.

Our family had such a fun long weekend in Cotter! Brock and Amanda’s place is in an ideal location and perfect size for our family of 4. We’d love to be able to stay there again.

Definitely will stay here again. Fishing was great for the kids from the dock our first night there my nephew hooked a 20” brown from the dock. We had 2 boats the boat launch was next to house easy unloading and loading. House was very clean Mark and Kim were very responsive made sure we had everything we needed.

We all stayed here while attending a family reunion in the area. Good location, quick and easy location to get around. Adults and children loved being close to the river, spending time on the huge porch, grilling out and sitting around the big coffee table playing games.

This was a great house with lots of room to spread out. Everyone had a bedroom and the kids loved the bunk beds. The entire house was very clean and well stocked. If we make it back to the Mt Home area, we will definitely see if this house is available.

Pleasant rainy Memorial weekend spent on the property. Clouds cleared long enough to roast some marshmallows. The property was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed for the weekend. I had everything I needed to prepare meals and keep myself occupied in comfort. It is on a busy road and both apple and google maps put me in the wrong spot, it’s a few miles from the town and coming from Mountain Home it’s just past the antique store on the left side in some trees. It was the only A frame house I saw on that road.

We had an amazing stay! The place was clean and the bed was sooo comfortable. The grill was nice and we enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub. Everything we needed was there. Perfect getaway!

Cabin 5 was exactly as described. Sammy and Nancy were very helpful, responsive and was sure to give us a heads up for the recent fishing report that was great! Would definitely recommend staying here! The dock is a huge plus for people with boats and the location couldn’t be better!

Nicole was an amazing host and was very accommodating. Everything was as advertised and the kitchen was well stocked with pretty much every utensil you would need. We also checked out the petting zoo that Nicole offered which was a few minutes away and my children absolutely loved the animals and the pizza Nicole made for lunch was delicious. Nicole and Eric were very helpful with local suggestions and were very friendly. The house was certainly cozy and nice.

Very clean and peaceful place to getaway. It is in close proximity to the Lake and fishing. We would definitely go back!

We enjoyed our stay and especially loved the screened in porch. Watching the river flow by and listening to the various birds was the perfect way to begin and end each day-so relaxing!

Very beautiful home. Great fishing right behind the house. Tommy and Kim have done a great job to make this place extremely inviting. I will be coming back.

Everything was truly amazing, the hosts are very good very sweet people. answered all of my many questions. They also gave us tips on trout fishing and good locations and things to do. They are very down to earth and friendly. The house was very nice had some amazing views of the river. We had an amazing time!! Don’t think twice about this place!!!!!! I am coming back next year for sure :) !!!!!
