Cannot say enough about this amazing place! 5 star all the way. Views you can’t believe! Wonderful hosts always available for anything you need. Bed was amazing! Loved the hiking right off the property and the relaxing soak in the hot tub, steam room, sauna and pool before and after. You really don’t need to go anywhere else. We ordered food and picked it up right down the street so we could sit on our deck and stare at the beauty of the place while we had dinner. Wonderful wine available in your room. I will definitely be back!!! Ps….incredible massage steps away from our room as well. Pay the money ! GO! You will be happy you did!! Barbara and Brian

Christopher’s place was breathtaking. From the beautiful views to the quiet neighborhood, it was my favorite place to relax and enjoy the beautiful night sky with my family. The pictures don’t do Christopher’s place justice. The beds were very comfortable, I loved the coffee bar, the living room was cozy, and the huge windows allowed in all the beauty surrounding his home. The pool was perfect during the warm afternoon when my kids wanted to spend some time outside! The hot tub was also nice to enjoy the sunset and see all the stars we don’t get to see in the city! Can’t wait to book our next stay.

We stayed at 4 different Airbnb, during our week traveling across the country, this was the first night. What a mistake! We kept comparing all of them to this one and kept wanting to come back. Next time, we’re booking the whole week in Sedona at this house. Thank you for being great hosts.

We had a great time ,very beautiful home ,garden and heated pool . Lots of room for big families to vacation together .we really enjoyed the back porch. Very close to Sedona and Jerome.Lots of hiking trails near by .I will recommend this home to my family and friends.

The views from inside the home and the pool are beautiful! The neighborhood is quiet but close to hiking and restaurants. We loved everything about this house and location. Our only small complaint is that the pool cleaner did not seem to be working, and the net had a hole in it (which made it difficult to get debris out of the pool). Otherwise, our stay was perfect!

Family of five (3) three kids really enjoyed Carrie’s home. Beautifully designed and maintained. There was ample space. The kids enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was very high end. Our only issue was the lock to the front door being very complicated.

We had an excellent stay at this house it was 30 mins away from Sedona so far enough to not deal with the holiday crowd and close enough to enjoy Sedona ,after a good day of hiking Sedona the house was very nice to come to and relax like we were home plus the backyard pool and full ambiance really kept us cool from the heat and relaxed …..thank you Shannon for being such an excellent host

Fantastic house in a fantastic location. Everything is high end and feels right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and everything was labeled to make your life easier. Pool area is super private and the pool was super clean! Highly recommended!

The most well appointed and beautiful vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The home is gorgeous and even better than the pics. The views are breathtaking. The hosts thought of absolutely everything. They provided so many small touches and extras I was blown away. The beds were comfortable the living spaces beautiful and cozy. These hosts take their job seriously - this home had every detail dedicated to providing the best experience for its guests- we will definitely return.

This was the nicest rental I've stayed in in a long time! Not only was the space clean and inviting, the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware and essentials. It was a perfect size for our group and we thoroughly enjoyed the front porch. We enjoyed walking to Old Town shoppes and restaurants and a number of wineries were less than a half hour drive. I'd stay here again if returning to Cottonwood!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy roads but short drive to all conveniences. Centrally located to some of the best hiking and scenic spots in the area. Home is spacious and spotless. We had a great stay.

Beautiful home in cottonwood, excellent location and easy access to town. Eric’s home is very clean, has many amenities, and is great for family gatherings! Lots for kids and adults to do! First home I’ve rented where the hot tub actually worked so big kuddos on that! I would definitely book with him again!

By Far I was blown away with my son's reaction to this place he picked for his birthday. He wanted to be with Nature and this place did not disappoint. He was so in love He probably could have spent a month there. It was an amazing peaceful experience and made it so worth everything. I honestly loved the Welcome sign and everything. I will definitely be recommending to my fri3nfs.

Perfect little spot to spend a night when exploring the Verde Valley. Quiet and clean.

The home was very clean, comfortable and spacious. All amenities as described and the record player is a very nice touch. Kevin is a gracious host, we enjoyed our time there immensely.

Great condo in the heart of Cottonwood and easily walkable to lots of great places. Our host was communicative and the condo was exactly as described and very well kept. Would definitely stay again!

Karlee’s place was exactly like the photos, very clean, comfortable, organized, so cute. She had anything you needed to feel at home. Her and Mark are model host. We hope to stay there again our next trip to Cottonwood.

This home was in the best spot of cottonwood, lots of cute stores within walking distance. The house was very clean and presentable and felt very at home and welcoming. Cory himself a great communicator host wise. The home was great. Would 10/10 stay again and cottonwood is a comfy town with alot of good food!

This was truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at! The house in Cottonwood is stunning—beautifully remodeled, incredibly spacious, and spotless. It felt like every detail was thoughtfully considered, with all the amenities you could ask for. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were huge, and the whole place had such a cozy, welcoming vibe. We especially loved the panoramic sunrise views—absolutely breathtaking to wake up to. It’s just a short drive to Sedona, making it a perfect home base for exploring the area. We were so impressed and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Great spot! Well taken care of, clean. I would absolutely stay here again. The old downtown area is very close but you still feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere. Everything was perfect! I would absolutely recommend 11/10
