Quiet house in the countryside with a large lot. There is a small pond with carp (they love bread) Shops (supermarket, restaurants...) 5 km away with the street art city. Beautiful walks in the area: Allier River 5 km away, Tronçais Forest 20 km away. Near us, the Lurcy-Lévy circuit (5 km) or Magny-Cours (25 km) for racing enthusiasts. You will also be about 1 hour from Le Pal Park, only 40 km from Moulins and its stage costume museum.

House in a beautiful village. Ideally located 1.5 km from the Lurcy-Lévis motor circuit, 30 minutes from Magny-cours, 2.5 hours from Paris and only 10 minutes from our magnificent Tronçais forest, which is one of the most beautiful forest massifs in France.
