Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Close to Lurcy-Lévis, the circuit and Street-art, on the edge of the Chemin de Compostelle, the Refuge welcomes you with an open equipped kitchen in a living room, two bedrooms, toilet and separate bathroom with walk-in shower. Terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. Parking in private courtyard that can accommodate your vehicles as well as car door. Meals can be offered by reservation through our caterer.

It is located close to the circuit and Street Art City, close to Tronçais Forest and 25 minutes from Magny-Cours Circuit. Local shops and services are a 5-minute walk away. Supermarket and gas station are 2 min drive. The apartment "le 96", adjoining, can be rented to offer additional beds.
